We  never received a refund of December 2016 and January 2017 monthly fees from Flagship Merchant Services as promised in writing on April 25, 2017. We were previously promised multiple months of monthly fees from Employee/Salesman [redacted]) upon completing a [redacted] credit card compliance form, which we completed on 1/5/17 and sent to [redacted]. Please escalate this case at this point, as no refund has been sent. Also, we have a new commercial account, so a credit into the old account would not work. Our address is listed below, and a check can be prepared to [redacted] Travel, Inc. Thank you,[redacted] and [redacted] Travel, Inc.[redacted]Specializing in Soulful Journeys

As of 8/20/2016 they have not refunded any monies as stated in their response.  The response was riddled with inaccurate information.  We never received any information in writing ie; signed contract for review, fees etc.   Typical of their tactics say one thing and do another.  Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism.  Would like the refund ASAP!

Flagship did restore the deleted transactions and we received the $18,5000 that had been delayed by over 3 weeks.  That satisfied the monetary portion of the complaint.  However, the explanation to the customer by Flagship has not occurred and we have not received a written apology for the damage done to our reputation by failure of Flagship to perform in a timely manner.

I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved. I do, however believe that my situatuion was not legal and I think that the company's practices need to be investigated. I was told that I would ONLY get a refund IF I continued with my account. I never opted into this program, despite claims that I did. There is no record, nor does my contract with this company give my permission to add any programs or charges without my express consent. It is not possible that I was the only customer who was "opted-in" to a "Marketing" program without their knowledge. I know that [redacted] got into serious legal trouble for the exact same kind of problems. I am going to also forward this issue to my State Senator to make sure that this is not more widespread.
