We regret that this
merchant did not fully understand all of the terms of the agreement
The customer contacted our company, and was then connected to an
account representative who went over the rates and fees of our merchant services. The customer
then
provided their personal and proprietary information to the
representative to prefill an electronic application and begin the
approval/activation process. The application was sent over for the
customer to review at which point they are able to perform an "e-signature" with their mouse and they then answer
security questions based on their personal history pulled from
public records. The full agreement was available to print out
via PDF. As a courtesy, we have
requested a refund of $in service fees which should deposit into this
customer’s checking account in the next to business days We can confirm this customer's merchant account is closed

The only additional information I have is that the reimbursement is not even half of the fees charged and I would have liked to see Flagship reimburse my account at least $300 of the more than $600 in fees.Thank you,*** ***

We are sorry to hear of this customer’s negative experience. For security purposes, we typically require signed authorization to cancel our merchant accounts. It does not appear we initially received this customer’s closure form. We can confirm this account has since been
closed As a courtesy, we have requested a refund of $in service fees. These fees should deposit into the customer’s checking account in the next to business days

What is the matter with this company? I closed my business in February and received a charge from them after the factFiled a complaint with Revdex.com and they refunded my improperly-charged account, as well as the overdraft fee it incurredThey even issued an apology with the Revdex.com, stating it was not indicative of their business practices! SINCE THEN, they have charged me THREE MORE TIMES!!!!!! Who is running this company? We regret this customer’s negative experience. Because we provide a financial service, we typically require a signed closure authorization to terminate our services. It does not appear we received one in this case. The last correspondence we have on record from this customer was in
October of when the merchant was inquiring about their statement. They were sent the closure form in a prior correspondence, but we have yet to receive the completed document. Since there has been such a significant lack of activity on this account, we have requested the standard protocol be overridden and the account be closed without a signature. We have requested a refund of months of service fees, the most typically approved by our credit card processor. $in service fees should be deposited to the customer’s checking account in the next to business days

[I contacted my bank and they have put a stop payment for me for every month's hidden fee payments that was taken from me. I do not make enough money to pay out all the money they were charging me. If the company would like to fight this, I will continue to pursue further action. If they agree to refund me the hidden fees that my bank is currently pursuing, I will be satisfied and discontinue my actions. After further review, I see that this company has done this to a lot of people and a lawsuit reaching out and involving all parties can be filed. When I do business, I expect it to be through a trustworthy company and not one who will add fees at their convenience and hope you don't notice.]

I am very disappointed that it took me to report a complaint to the Revdex.com to get a respondIt is more than obvious this company has a habit of misleading clients because of the many complaints listed on this siteYes, I should have read my contract in detailI am sorry that I trusted your representative to be honestI would not only like the $back but also the payments of $because I was treated poorly and I did not agree to these terms I may not be a major client, but I did not deserve the nonchalant responses from your representativeI have already file a complaint with my bank which you should have already received
