I CANCELLED my
membership over a year ago due to health issuesA year later I get a call from collection saying I owe?? For the first time today Fitness Evolution a manager called to say if I want to pay it or they will continue to charge me dailyHe did not have any solution to my problem as I had went in specifically to cancel my membership and was told by the representative then it was canceledI find out now barely that it was not canceled because I did not paid in fullWhy would I have not paid it in full if I tried so hard to cancel it I emailed I mailed a certified letter I called and ended up having to go personallyThat is when I went in and thought I had paid it all fullyAs that is with the representative told me that it was paid fullyTo their favor that person no longer works there because I specifically went back to make sure thatHe own up to his mistake and make sure that my account was paid forSo now because of that employees responsibility I have fitness evolution charging me still and I have collections ruining her credit I have not even established I can't even get a call back from corporate office I have been calling numerous times left several messages and no one can call me back besides today the call from a manager who says he can't do anythingI feel like this isn't a responsibility of the representative who said it was paid off and now it's falling on my hands which is totally unfair I tried so hard to cancel this even though I was severely sick at the time I had mailed something I had called I even went personally and even though I was so illIt is so unfair that now they have been running a credit I have not established and no one from corporate can't seem to call me back it is unfair that I must pay for something I have not used and because an error on their behalf. I would like them to just charge me for the remaining balance that they so say not for days I did not attend and especially when I have specifically went in there to cancel it!!
I am rejecting this response because: No ONE HAS CONTACTED ME NOR HAVE THEY EVEN CALLED ME BACKThat would be the reason why I have to go through the Revdex.com to get any answersI want my refund of $348! Hello,Our records show the Member has already spoken with the corporate officeWe have no record of cancellation and no proof of cancellation such as a certified mail receiptIf the member did cancel in April, the member would have been responsible for May dues as part of the cancellation
notice. The May dues that were charged declined, leaving a balance on the accountWe are willing to settle this matter for $104, which would be only the May payment that declined plus the decline charge
HelloThe member came into the club and froze the account in June of for months per our recordsMember then came in on 2/8 to cancel in the clubIf the member can provide proof of cancellation from October of 2015, the company can issue a refund for the charges
If the member does not have proof of the October cancellation, the charges are validThe member's agreement calls for a day notice either in club or via certified letter for the cancellation of a membership

I am rejecting this response because: They said that they were attaching a form for me to request a refund1) there was no attachment on the message I received2) They even agreed that I cancelled the membership on 1/23/and they shouldn't have made the 3/1/charge, so why should I have to do anything in order for them to refund the mischarge? They need to refund the $that they owe me for March back to the same credit card, without any further action on my part.Best regards,*** ***

We are happy you enjoyed your training with *** ***, however, our personal training agreements are with Fitness Evolution, not a specific trainerAs a courtesy, we have stopped the account from charging furtherAll of your current sessions on the account, however, are still available for use

We want to apologize to this member for all that he has gone through in regards to not being notified about his account being Past Due while he was checking into the clubIn looking into the account I see that this members check ins were being alertedWe have worked with our staff at this location
to assure that this NEVER happens again as a situation like this could have easily been avoided had they provided the member with the alerted status when he was checking in
