I am rejecting this response because:It is unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed in the business response. I contacted their corporate office last winter, (Winter of 2015) regarding this problem. In addition I have spoken to at least managers of the specific facility over the last year; requesting this problem to be addressed and resolved.It seems obvious that the business is not addressing the issue and does not intend to repair or replace the heating unit. I feel the business is being very unfair to its clients

PLEASE REFERENCE BACK TO THE ATTACHMENTS WHICH CONTAIN EMAILS TO THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE ,DATED PRIOR TO AUGUSTTRACKING NUMBER TO USPS IS *** UNLESS THE COMPANY IS FALSIFYING OWNERSHIP TO THE SECRETARY OF STATE *** *** AS YOU SEE IN THE ATTACHMENT IS WHO POPPED UP AS THE OWNER THAT IS WHY I CONTACTED THAT INDIVIDUAL.BUT THE WORST MOST DAMAGING OF ALL IS HOW *** OF FITNESS EVOLUTION IS COMMITTING ILLEGAL ACTS OF FORGERY SHE HAS CROPPED MY SIGNATURE AND PLACED IN TO A CONTRACT THAT I NEVER SIGNED I NEVER EVER WENT TO FITNESS EVOLUTION IN ABOVE ON THE UPPER LEFT HAND SIDE OF THE CONTRACT IT IS DATED JULY I DID A DIGITAL SIGNATURE IN APRIL ON A COMPUTERTHIS DOCUMENT SHE SENT APPEARS TO BE A PAPER DOCUMENT DATED JULY COMPUTER PROGRAMS USUALLY DO NOT MISPRINT CROOKED DOCUMENTS WITH DATES FROM YEARS PRIOR LETS BE HONEST IS THAT WORK OF A COMPUTER SOFTWARE PROGRAM OR A ACTUAL PERSON CUTTING CROPPING AND PASTING ALSO IT CLEARLY INDICATES *** IS AN ADULT PLEASE REFERENCE BACK TO HIS DATE OF BIRTH , I AM STILL TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHY THEY CREATED ACCOUNT FOR AN ADULT WHO WASN'T PRESENT TO SIGN , NO IDENTITYVERIFICATION AND CONTINUE TO CLAIM I OWE A MEMBERSHIP DUES AND SO DOES *** WE HAVE NEVER ONCE USED THAT FITNESS FACILITY I STEPPED IN ONCE SIMPLY TO GET A MEMBERSHIP UPON DISCOVERY OF THE CROOKED BUSINESS THEY CONDUCT I REQUESTED NOT TO B A MEMBERAS YOU CAN SEE THEIRCORPORATE OFFICE DOES NOT LIST A PHONE NUMBER,WEBSITE INDICATES THE ONLY POINT OF CONTACT IS VIA EMAIL.THE FACILITY SAYS CONTACT CORPORATE TO CANCEL .WHAT CAN I POSSIBLY DO IN THIS CASE ?ALL CENTERS HAVE STAFF TRAINED TO TELL YOU THEY DON'T KNOW WHO THE OWNER IS , THEY DON'T HAVE A CORPORATE OFFICE PHONE NUMBER AND THERE IS NO POINT OF CONTACT IN MANAGEMENT ATTEMPTING TO STEAL MONEY ON ACH TRANSACTIONS AS CONSUMERS ARE IN CIRCLES TRYING TO CANCEL MEMBERSHIPS THIS IS A CATCH WHAT KIND OF STANDARDS AND CODE OF ETHICS ARE USED WITH A BUSINESS WHO MANIPULATES THE CONSUMER I OWE ZERO THEY OWE ME .......*** ***

I am rejecting this response because: At the moment I still need to send in a form and a copy of my driver's license, so at this point I don't want the case to be settled because I still haven't received a refund. They did
initially respond to my complaint but they were vague on the information required to give me a refund. I received a clarification email from them today. So, I will provide them with that information tomorrow. If you could kindly follow up with me in a couple of days to make sure this is resolved I would greatly appreciate it.Many Thanks,***

enrollment on the basic membership would be ($99)The sign on the wall is referring to guest privilege rules, which are available to add on to a membership for $per monthI'm sorry, but that specific marketing promotion you mentioned does not sound familiarThe latest offer was enroll for $1, and get the rest of the month freeWe don't offer a one month free trialIf you are able to send me a copy of the promotion you are referring to, I will be able to reviewWe would be happy to address your concerns with the staff, however I am not sure what "items" are being referenced in your emailIf there is something specific, please let us know so we can bring this up to the staff immediatelyAll month-to-month accounts are a day notice to cancel, meaning anything owed within the next days would be due to cancelI do not show that cancellation paperwork was submitted on 6/30, however I will cancel out the agreements with no further chargesBoth accounts will expire on 7/31, which would have been the date if we received cancellation notice on 6/Both accounts have been processed for cancellation

In April, member was given a credit for half of her monthly dues for Feb, March and AprilAmount of credit was $25/month, $totalSince one member from this couples membership used the services during this time, a full refund was not given. After review of the account and the request
submitted by the club, corporate office felt that a $credit was appropriate

miles from a Fitness Evolution gymPlease explain what this applies to if it does not apply to personal training sessions that were paid in full.*** ***

Payment taken from account on 1/27/was returned by the bankRemoved the balance from member's accountMember did sign up for a month contract which is with Fitness Evolution, not any specific trainer. With the contract, company is waiving the 6th payment (1/27) and cancelling out
any further charges, but cannot issue a refund for previous charges Company will have *** *** fitness manager, contact member to set up sessions with a new trainer to service the remaining

was cancelled, September was her last month
