Your response was inaccurate in its assumptions. First of all, I had my banner displayed as it was for years with no problem. Then, out of the blue, the superimposed labels that I mentioned in my original complaint appeared on top of the words in my banner. I didn't do that nor did I ask someone to do it, so I don't know where they came from. I just want them removed so that the words in my banner are displayed as they always were.
Nowhere in my original complaint did I ask someone to "move the name and description of your Page to a different location." So, I don't know where that came from either. Please read my complaint carefully and in its entirety.

The consistent response I keep getting is that I must correct the problem by moving or resizing my banner. In other words, it is my problem. Obviously, my last email did no good in communicating that my banner was fine for years until Facebook interaction symbols and the works "Nonprofit Organization" were superimposed on my banner without my permission.
It is incredulous that an organization the size of Facebook with its mantra of being so technologically superior cannot either fix the problem at the respondent's level or push the request higher up the chain to satisfy their customer. Just because they "don't currently offer support for this type of request through this channel," doesn't mean they can't find the proper channel to fix it. It means they don't want to take the time to help a customer.
It may be the better choice for me to delete my business page altogether from Facebook and use more customer-friendly social media.

your privacy policies are in violation of the 1st AMENDMENT of the US CONSTITUTION as was ruled on by the US SUPREME COURT in JUNE 2017. you need to update it. I am now seeking legal counsel for constitutional rights violations with facebook. you have limited time to update your policies to reflect what the US SUPREME COURT stated, otherwise I will be filing a lawsuit, along with my grandmother whos account was banned for NO REASON AT ALL. 
Look it up, the ban on sex offenders was declared unconstitutional.
