Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: Facebook disabled my account again. I can no longer run my 20 groups. They did the same to my wife [redacted]'s account and my friends accounts that ran my groups so no one can run the groups. It's pretty sad Facebook doesn't allow free speech anymore. If they don't open my wife's account we're going to do a class action lawsuit with other Facebook members that are dealing with the same things since the Revdex.com can't do anything about this.
Sincerely,

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:My account wasn't hacked. I was using it when I was kicked off. When I try to go through the steps the help centre outlines for getting it back, it says account disabled. So it won't take me through the steps to get back into it. Please restore access to my account. I sent in ID through the Revdex.com last week Sincerely,[redacted]

FIRST OF ALL FACEBOOOK. THE ACCOUNT THAT I HAD SET UP WAS FOR ROLEPLAYING PURPOSES ONLY. IN RECENT MONTHS, I HAVE BEEN A TARGET OF BULLYING WHICH FACEBOOK DOES NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT. MY ACCOUNTS HAVE BEEN REPORTED FOR NO REASON AND I HAVE YET TO FIND OUT WHO IS TARGETEING AND REPORTING MY ACCOUNTS. FACEBOOK SHOULD LOOK INTO HELPING THE VICTIMS OF BULLY8NG.

I am rejecting this response because:The link that was sent to me to fix the problem was not a solution on top of that it's a link to their help centre and there is no existing page for this so called 'form'. Thanks for nothing, Facebook has a horrible business model and doesn't care about its users at all.
Sincerely,

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
EXPLAIN TO ME HOW MY TIMELINE IS REPRESENTING MY BUSINESS WHEN I ALREADY HAVE A PAGE FOR MY BUSINESS?? Under the ADA act I have a disability so PLEASE Clarify how you think my personal page is representing my business. IT IS NOT!!
You have not contacted me before deciding to convert to a facebook page. The stuff on my timeline IS NOT MY BUSINESS. It is just things I like and share. I already have a business page. I don't need two of them. My business page has pictures of my hair, nails my shows etc. My personal page has stuff I like to share and talk about. I love animals, I love food, Health issues. There are differences there if you take a look. I am not doing advertising of Doggies, food and heath. That is not my work You are very mistaken. My work is on my page, it is very clear on my page.
AGAIN I would like my personal page put back. I don't want to convert my personal page into a business page. IT IS NOT A BUSINESS PAGE. I need my personal page in order to get access to my business page.

So you're tell me that if there is something illegal or unsafe going on between a 14-year-old kid on facebook, then there is no way of looking into it? Do I need to get the police involved?
Final Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2014/11/03) */
Hi [redacted],
As previously mentioned, your daughter does not appear to be violating any of Facebook's policies. As a result, we are unable to remove her account.
If you would like your daughter's account removed from Facebook, you will need to work with her to delete the account. Facebook users have the option to either deactivate or delete their accounts. The difference between these two options is described on the following page in the Help Center:
https://www.facebook.com/help/XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX/
Thanks,

Facebook is unsafe for minors, as it does not provide access for the parents to be able to check on private message sent between two minors that refuse to give their parents access and refuse to close the account.

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 9, 2015/11/10) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I am very dissatisfied with FACEBOOK. They have not made a real attempt to speke to me about my case. They keep directing me to their Facebook App. to try to navigate thru contact pages to upload govt ID's. I tried to navigate as they suggested with NO success. There are no ways to navigate thru their app to resolve a Revdex.com complaint. Therefore, I want a serious attempt by Facebook to settle this matter. At no time have I ever been supplied a contact person, an email, nor a working phone number by Facebook. They keep trying to send me to their site to try to find a solution to resolve this matter. This is unacceptable. I have taken this matter very seriously as all my personal information has been exposed thru their site. I kept my info private and my info was hacked and manipulated by some individual. I have dealt with a lot of grief and anxiety because of this situation. I have gone to a great deal to fix this problem. I have spent a good amount of money to send certified letters to Facebook for which they have never answered. I have spent my money to send faxes for the involved parties. I have had to purchase a new phone. Facebook needs to take an honest stand and try to meet demands requested. Prior to my Revdex.com complaint I desperately struggled with their app to contact them to secure my acct as their app states. Several attempts were made by me to notify them thru their app, and no responses were received from Facebook at any time. Here are my demands; I want all my Facebook accounts removed/deleted. Facebook, you have copies of my police reports to back up this request as well. I faxed them and they were forwarded to you. Its serious. I would like to have Facebook locate the individual and communicate a police report to the agencies involved. I don't have that kind access needed to facilitate the matter. I would follow thru with an arrest of the individual. Then I would like my money returned for all the postage, faxes I have had to endure to contact Facebook and follow thru with this matter. I would also like it to be known the Facebook phone number provided is not valid. Facebook's recorded message was reached by myself. Every single ext had NO valid point of contact to be made to them thru a phone. It's all directed to their HELP section of the app. When you do find a link in HELP to try to solve the matter, there are no responses from Facebook. Their HELP page blog is answered by other Facebook users, not Facebook. Even so, this is not a secure place to negotiate your problems. How can a business communicate with anyone involved in a matter like this without a phone. This is unfair, and their app is also not accessible. I feel they have set themselves unreachable by any user of their app to avoid these sort of matters. For that reason I am providing Revdex.com the State of California this information to be aware of this problem, and offer solutions for an unreachable business. I want to talk with a Facebook representative thru phone or email not an app or an recording. Since Sept 25,2015 I have been trying to shut down my Facebook accts to try to protect my personal information. Until Facebook takes an active part in my complaint nothing is getting done. I am really getting disgusted with Facebook and looking to take this matter higher if there is no resolution. I commend Revdex.com for their efforts to try to keep this matter going and to offer assistance. Facebook step up, own up to your app, these kind of problems, and make resolutions. Revdex.com; respectively I ask you hold Facebook fully accountable for their actions of disregard, and offer me any pertinent information to proceed further with my complaint. I have read the comment section of Facebook HELP section. There are so many individuals having similar problems. A business should not be able to operate under such disregard and manner. A persons information should be protected, and a request to close an account on a social app should be upheld in the up most manner. I await an answer.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
Nothing has changed. This case has been open for over month and I see no results. I do not understand what the
business means by content removed. "What content" is my question? I made an attempt to login to my account
and it still says "account disabled." How hard of a job is it for Facebook to delete my account? I would delete it myself
if I can access my account. For the 1000th time, I am asking you to delete my account; or enable my account so I can
personally delete it.
My next course of action is maybe taking Facebook to court to sue for discrimination, etc.
Sincerely,[redacted]
