Hi [redacted],Thank you for contacting us through the Revdex.com. To gather more information, can you provide us with the email address associated with the account you're referring to?Thanks,[redacted]The Facebook Team
Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. They have asked for additional information so that they may be able to resolve my issue. As I have mentioned before, I am not able to retrieve the security code from facebook in order to verify additional emails with my account. I know that this is specific to the account and not anything else as I have called my ISP and even made a second "test" account to see if I could verify the exact same email address and the security code was recieved, however, my current account doesn't get security emails sent to ANY email. Because this is presumeably not an issue that can be solved through informing me of something I am unaware of (given that information in the 'help center' was insufficient) or could be fixed on a larger scale (given that many others have had this issue on the facebook help center forums) I would appreciate this issue being resolved manually through emailing my account with a security code or providing an alternative method to attaching my educational email to my facebook account. Here is my facebook account as requested: [redacted]and the email which I would like to attach to it is as follows: [redacted]Thanks for looking into this,Sincerely [redacted]

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I understand that but as I stated in my complaint I use that facebook for a website I am on and do not want my real name on that facebook. I am a authentic person and should not keep having my facebook taking a way because of a name, it would be great appreciated if facebook would just give it back to me as I have seen so much worse stuff on face that should be removed and is not. I am not hurting or abusing anyone with my facebook I simply just use it for a site I am on.there are ways I can prove to facebook of the site I am if that will work?

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/04/10) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Neal,
Our accounts were suspended for 2 weeks. That is not a mistake. We lost clients and spent hours on the phone with your support team trying to resolve this issue, which your support team was incapable of resolving.
I believe this started as a result of a support ticket I submitted on March 20, 2015 requesting a refund for $1300 in clicks on Campaign XXXXXXX_Republican Friends_161 which spent more than its original daily budget. The daily budget was set to $5 and somehow ended up at $1300 per day. This was definitely not done by any of our employees, I can assure that.
I still have not received a response on this issue. Please check on the status of the ticket and our refund?
It is certainly odd that the reasoning is left to mistake, as we were told by a sales representative that it was a financial matter. Then we were told that it was a policy issue by your Global Marketing Solutions team - what is the real issue? How are we to avoid this in the future if we are not given a straight answer?
Two weeks of downtime was disastrous for our client campaigns and Facebook's lack of response and ownership was equally disappointing. This is the 3rd time in 6 months we've been shut down by your site. What can you do to assure us this will never happen again? Or at least provide us with a more effective point of contact who can help resolve our issues in a more timely manner in the future?
I can be contacted at XXX-XXX-XXXX or [redacted]@exactdata.com with this information.
Thanks,
[redacted]

Hi,
While we allow lead generation ads, we don't allow those that are misleading to viewers. This includes ads that overstate, overgeneralize or misconstrue the outcomes or benefits of their products.
We require ads to adhere to the following:
* All information must be accurate for all people. Ads should not make unsubstantiated claims regarding results that are not universally applicable. For example, "Take advantage of the new law in your area and SAVE money!" or "Make money quickly using this system!" aren't acceptable because these claims may not be true for everyone.
* Pages should have a strong brand identity relevant to the advertiser, and clearly represent the products and services promoted in your ad on the landing page.
In this case, the reviewer incorrectly decisioned on the account. The are up and running now and the advertiser should full access to their ad account moving forward.
Thanks for contacting the Revdex.com and let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,

you've started your live stream from your streaming software. It may take 10 seconds for the video stream to appear in the preview area. Disable ad blocking software or browser plugins that could prevent the video player from loading. Check your firewall settings and make sure that RTMP is allowed. Make sure that the server URL and key aren't older than 7 days. If they are older than 7 days, create a new URL and key.

I don't understand. How can I provide identification that supports the name on the account if I did not use my real name? I can prove that the account did belong to me because I am the owner of the credit card on the account that was used to buy Facebook Ads. But I did not use my real name on the account, so how can I provide documents that proves that the account was mine?

Hi [redacted],
I apologize for any confusion you experienced. However, I am unable to refund these charges. The charge is said to be "Recurring" because a saved payment method was used. Furthermore, the charge on 12/31/2014 covered your advertising activity between 11/30/2014 and 12/10/2014. The campaigns you ran can be viewed by using this link:
https://www.facebook.com/ads/manage/home/?account_id=XXXXXXXX&time_start=XXX...⇄ /> The other campaigns are combined in the other charges, as we bill by time period and not individual campaigns.

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2014/10/16) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
This is exactly what I did. And the response I received from the help to was a general scripted response that says it does not violate their community standards. I find it hard to believe by saying you're going to rob someone using a 12 gage is not in violation. And if it indeed isn't any threat of violence against another person or business should be. Now the person reviewing the video could have easily mid interpreted it if they are not familiar with the language or that the term "stoopid " which is used repeatedly is reference to a business. Publicly identifying the business as a target. Blocking a person with the ignorance to make such a threat in the first place whom is clearly gang affiliated does not even put a bandaid on the situation.

Which I've done and therefore your violating your own policy. Which only leads me to believe that its an automated response and you really aren't really the information or your just ignorant and don't understand English. Therefore since you don't take the threat seriously I'll just be taking this to the next level and I'm sure the FBI agent who contacted me and the courts will.

It sounds like Flynns response is pretty much saying "Too bad " and "find your answers on FB". Clearly he did not read my complaint in which I clearly stated that because you erroneously locked me out of my account I COULD NOT ACCESS the Help link on Facebook!
Facebook wasted everyone's time with this response. I don't know how my account was reopened but it wasn't anything Facebook did! And my account should not have been closed anyway. You would have known that if you had done your research first.
While my FB account has been reopened, it must have been a fluke because

The fanpage account I used to create it was disabled by Facebook and it told me to login through my personal account; however, my personal account is listed as an editor and cannot change anything.
