The ad in the TPS ticket, XXXXXXXXXXXXX, was correctly disapproved and rejected on appeal. We do not allow ads that assert user attributes such as health status on the platform. This clearly addressed in our Ad Policies as well as the disapproval messaging.

My access was restricted to Facebook after running add. This response does not address the limitations placed on my account to maximize on the numerous ads I placed with Facebook. I have been harmed financially because of Facebook restrictions and lack of service. They didn't respond to my request and do not allow me to speak to anyone regarding this. They have not contacted me regarding this complaint and obviously disconnected from my concerns because of their terrible customer service!

Although Facebook has made an initial response it is unsatisfactory. Several days have passed since I first received an email thru the Revdex.com from [redacted] who works for Facebook. Since that time, absolutely nothing has been done to rectify the issue at hand. I did email [redacted] thru the Revdex.com the URL for my personal profile page, as well as the ministry page. Several days after receiving a response from Facebook my team and I conducted several tests of the 2-person broadcast which facebook claims to offer its members. Again, we were unsuccessful at conducting the 2-person broadcast. It even appears as though Facebook has done absolutely nothing, and has no intention of repairing the issue. Please allow me to remind Facebook at this time, that making claims to offer a particular service....that it really doesn't offer is false advertisement. It is also wrong in terms of Ethical Business Practices for Facebook to pick and choose certain members to receive "specific" available services at no additional cost, and deny other members those same services for no apparent reason. This practice is discriminatory. I would appreciate if Facebook would repair this problem as it has already agreed to do so. This has substantially affected our ministry and business endeavors, as we have promoted the 2 person broadcast with known celebrities. I would appreciate if Facebook will repair this issue as soon as possible.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I clearly stated that I have completed the "hacked accounts" reporting process on Facebook MULTIPLE times. I reach a dead-end because the hacker re-set my email address to one I have not used in 7 years and cannot gain access to. Facebook continuously tells me the issue is resolved when it is not and they've clearly not done anything to help, nor do they actually read anything I have told them (as evidenced here). Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Facebook still have not responded to my complaint, they simply regurgitate the same information. The only thing I needed to open my Facebook account was an email address and I don't understand why this is not enough to shut the account!
I didn't provide them with any other information that would enable them to tell that I am me, so how do they know I am not me! As far as I recall I signed up with my email address, I'm not even sure if I entered my home address or phone number. I have since moved from that address so it wouldn't help anyway.
I understand that my account may have been hacked and used by someone, for what purpose I do not know. It is slightly concerning as I do not know what the person who hacked my account did but I can assure you that I myself did not use Facebook much and there is very little content to delete.
My complaint, which no-one has listened to or responded to, is that I am not prepared to upload personal id in order to verify I am the owner of the account. I think it is reasonable to request that Facebook shut and delete the account as I understand the account is currently "inactive". I'm not sure what this means however as I am still pestered with Facebook email updates which I do not want.
Most organisations will reset access to an account, even Banks, with simply using the email addresswhich you logged in with originally. I have never been asked for ID by any other organisation and I consider it unlawful of Facebook to ask.
I am very disappointed that this is not resolved.
