I am rejecting this response because: I've opened several claims over the past 6 months, each with months in between and I have never received any response from Facebook.If you look at my first 3 or 4 claims I did include a photocopy of my Driver License. The customer service has yet to respond to me in any matter at all.

I do not accept Facebook's terms because they expect me to submit proof as to who I am. The government id that I have DOES NOT MATCH the name of [redacted] is a roleplay account which I use to roleplay. First Facebook you need to change your rules and regulations.
An article which I have read just recently states that now Facebook is allowing that Germany may use fake accounts.

Resent response by US Mail. email was returned.

I went thoroughly with a technician that is very knowledgeable about Facebook. He did not find anything on my account that I might have liked or subscribed to nor any links that might prompt these ads being sent to me. Still they come. Ads from drug abuse treatment centers and other ads where people discuss their drug use. Facebook holds complete ownership of the problem.Sent from my T-Mobile 4G Android device

Your account name change will not show on the page itself.  Facebook accounts are meant to represent people and not organizations or businesses.  A page represents a business or organization, and can allow management from multiple people.  Your page will not show the admin's names directly on the page and will allow you to keep your page's brand integrity.  If you are experiencing an alternative issue please describe this in further detail and we will be happy to assist you.

information. Please forward the following information to the business. Hi [redacted],I'm not sure I understand what you need with the URL. I'm happy to forward the link to my business page, but since I can't add my town as a location it doesn't provide information to you. What I'm needing is for the town of [redacted] (it's in Canada) to be added as a city. This will allow my customers to check in and find me on the map via my business page. I can't find how to do this on my own. All support I have received tells me to use a nearby city, but this doesn't show my customers where I'm located. What URL exactly are you needing?
