I am rejecting this response because: I did provide my ID twice, but it's not the ID that you have in your books, since the owner of the business has changed since then and that I can provide legal papers for it that you keep on rejecting since you are only waiting for a precise ID. For the record, I lareday the same explanation more than three times for this complaint... Can a real person with knowledge on how to proceed contact me back as suggested by you in your previous anser? It would really help not to be answered by robots or with formatted answers that I already received several times and that don't solve the problem or even help us progress in any way. Thanks.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Hi [redacted],
Thank you for your email. I'd be happy to assist you. We were able to look into your correspondence with London. As London mentioned, we are unable to refund this charge.
I apologize for any confusion you experienced when making...
your purchase. Facebook only issues refunds for fraudulent charges so I will be unable to refund you in this particular case.

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 12, 2015/04/16) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I still don't see word for word everything I asked for. Is my Facebook Profile private? Can I change my name back to a nickname so I can feel comfortable like everybody else who uses fake pictures, and nicknames? Is my State Identification destroyed? Until I see these things responded to and I'm reassured, I'm never going to accept an apology from Facebook. Just the way they played with me, changed my name before asking me or giving me a chance to do it myself as soon as they got my Identification Card, then had the nerve to ask for the same card all over again makes me leary of them. I better not see my face or no post of mine, or my activities on Google no more. I'm supposed to have a private account, so I shouldn't be able to look up my activities and posts on Google at all. I also shouldn't be getting any affiliated(there not from my apps neither) emails tied to Facebook when my email is supposed to be hidden, not accessible to nobody or nothing on Facebook. I'm still not satisfied , and won't be until I see those changes.Thank you Revdex.com

Hi,
We weren't able to verify your identity with the image you attached. The image we received was either too small, too dark or blurry.
Please take a new photo of your ID and check that your name, date of birth and photo are all clearly visible, then attach it in your reply to this email. Be sure to cover up any personal information that we don't need to verify your identity (ex: social security number, address, license number).
To help make the image clearer, try placing the document on a flat surface in a well-lit room and use natural or indirect lighting to reduce glare.
Once we're able to view your ID, we'll take a look at the status of your account. We're sorry for the inconvenience.

Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 16, 2015/05/05) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
They're lying, and I also learned of them being unreasonable and unfair to me. They came at me for my ID, but it's plenty others who they haven't done that to. They also haven't made others change their nicknames. After all, Facebook is lying about their privacy acts, they don't protect people, and let random people hack and tag you in solicitation ads. That's why else, I don't want my birth name on my account. I agreed nickname, and maybe last name, but not my birth name. And them not allowing me an option to fix it myself if it was that big of a deal is unlawful and not fair. They also keep trying to force me to put my location of where I grew up, and live now on the account. I'm not that stupid, and I know Facebook tracks people, and gives information to advertiser's. That might explain why another company I complained about after this was able to get my information and sign me up for magazines. Facebook plays alot of tracking games so why not at least allow me and if anybody else went through this to have some privacy? I have attachments to show what I've explained about them changing my name, and giving my account back. Also attachments of people in groups or pages I follow who still have nicknames. But why not me Facebook? Why you need my ID, and birthday which is already on my profile , just I changed the year for my security and protection. I'm not allowed to protect myself a little on an already public social media site? Wow. Here are the attachments

Hi [redacted],
Thank you for your report. We will review the reported account and take the appropriate steps based on our policies described below. You will not receive a confirmation email when we've taken action, but we do review all...
reports.
Children Under the Age of 13
Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to sign up for Facebook. If you are reporting a child's account registered under a false date of birth, and the child's age is reasonably verifiable as under 13, we will promptly delete the account. If you are reporting an account registered for a child that is 13 years of age or older, we will not be able to take any action on the account. We encourage parents to exercise any discretion they can on their own computers and in overseeing their child's internet use. If you're a parent, we strongly urge you to review Facebook privacy settings and internet safety information in our help center.

I am rejecting this response because:They have logged me out of my...
account for security purpose again. I am not sure why?. I had my FB page opened to start an event, and then I opened other websites to find the right picture to post for my event. When I got back to the FB screen, they had disabled my account again. Why can they just simply asked for a re-login, or send a message to my email to confirm my account. They keep on logging me out when I am trying to do a paid advertisement.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
