Is not acceptable. I should not be forced

I have done this and for some reason strangers can still see my profile and who my friends are. I need someone to actually call me with something more to do.
Thank you

Message from Facebook's risk management team:
Hi [redacted],
I would like to sincerely apologize for the delay in getting back to you; the holiday season is a busy time for us, but it's no excuse for you having to wait this long to receive a reply. The charges you've identified occurred on another Facebook account, one we've deemed to be fraudulent. I see that the charge of $50.60 has already been disputed with the bank, but I've refunded the remaining $26.87. I'm not sure if you've noticed any other suspicious activity with your financial information, but assuming the Visa ending in [redacted] is yours, this was the card used on another fake Facebook account to run fraudulent ads. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience and the delay, and I'm happy to help with any further issues.
Thanks,
[redacted]

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (2000, 7, 2015/01/19) */
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
This issue is complete and they removed the content. This complaint, in all fairness, was issued bit before they completed their investigation and is premature. Facebook indeed did what they were suppose to do.
Final Consumer Response /* (3000, 11, 2015/02/04) */
[redacted] has made fake Facebook accounts about me.
Pangan attempted to use Facebook to blackmail me out of about $1,200.00. I ask that you remove his account located through URL https://www.facebook.com/[redacted]. Facebook has removed the fake accounts, but he is still able to access Facebook. This is leaving the community at risk. I have even attempted to contact Facebook through their means and they have not responded

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: This is the 2nd response from Facebook where all they do is evade an easy fix. the issue is that they have no respect for a FB user's privacy regarding birthdays. This is the third time I've had to explain this simple complaint, which might seem frivolous to the outsider perhaps. It was easy on facebook for years to set your privacy controls so that no one sees your birthday except you. I don't like huge numbers of birthday greetings flooding my e mail inbox from people I barely know because Facebook ignored my privacy settings and announced to the world that it was my birthday. I hate this. FB forces you to enter your birthday when you set up an account, and once entered it can NEVER be removed. This is social media gone mad. They don't want the hassle of having a personal interchange with all their millionsof users so the only way to even communicate with them is through the [redacted]. This is insane. Their responses are pure bull puckey. All they have to do is promise me I will never have my birthday posted over FB without my permission OR permanently delete my account. They nake it next to impossible to completely remove a FB account. Most uncooperative company.Sincerely,[redacted]
Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
I'm afraid that the Facebook response appears to be a form letter responce because in no way does it address the simple issue I would like resolved.Again — In accordance with Facebook guidelines I converted by personal profile to a business page so I can promote my commercial activity. I tried to change my Business Page name from my personal name,[redacted], to my registered business name — [redacted]This was denied without explanation.I have filed four appeals. All open, no responce. I have consulted every Help Document. I have asked the "community" twice for insight or assistance. No responce.SIMPLY — I would like Facebook to approve my page name change to my LEGALLY REGISTERED NAME: [redacted]I am attaching the confirmation of my legal registration of this name. I await a timely reply.Thank you very much —

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: automation is nothing more than piss poor customer service. Our name is[redacted] on Drums.[redacted] on Guitar. [redacted] on Bass.[redacted] on Vocals[redacted] plays in[redacted] Why give customers the option to merge if you're just going to subjectively disapprove our business. [redacted] quit using FAKE BOOK so it truly doesn't[redacted] matter now. Thanks for nothing. You're all just a bunch of[redacted] robots with no hearts. You don't know what it's like to be at the bottom end of a corporate shoe. Your universal one size fits all application to every situation is the reason your stocks will continue to plummet. I think it's time[redacted] starts a new social platform, one where creative folks can be free and practice their art under the liberation of constitutional right. They aren't rights if somebody can take them away. Your lack of empathy will spiritually be returned in the form of BAD Karma. Sincerely,
