Facebook is completely ignoring this problem and does not reply to four requests for assistance.
The original email address was [redacted]@megalink.[redacted]. I went through the process to change my email address to [redacted]@ne.twcbc.com.
The process completed and I was to be sent an confirmation email which never arrived.
When I attempt to login using the [redacted]@ne.twcbc.com it is recognized and offers a choice of resending the confirmation email.
On doing so I always get a message of SOMETHING WENT WRONG.
I have attempted to resend this email repeatedly for several weeks always with the same results.
The bottom line is that I AM DENIED THE USE OF MY FACEBOOK ACCOUNT.

We did respond to your complaint through our secure support channel on February 26th. Please check your spam and trash folders to make sure you did not receive that communication. If you did not, it appears that the private domain you're attempting to use is not compatible with our system.

The email address provided works just fine and even received a message from Facebook. However there was no option provided to respond to the message.
It is a ridiculous statement that I need to create a new email to correct a problem with Facebooks server refusing to send a link that I can verify my account with.
I am very disappointed with Facebooks lack of cooperation in this matter and the lengthy delay in resolving the matter.

This seems like a run around answer. I know of 1,000's of businesses who have a personal page on Facebook that are still operating today, including many of our competitors. Why are they still allowed to have their accounts?
Why did Facebook allow me to create an account & operate for 4 years if it was against their T&C's? Does Facebook realize the literally MONTHS out of my life building that page? Now NONE of my friends can find us on Facebook, although you supposedly sent them over to our new account.
I find it hard to believe that you can't give me back my old account, you just don't want to. My resolution, is I want an account that I can private message my friends/likes on, comment & like on their photos, & post in Groups....all of which I cannot do now. What is the point of having a Facebook account if you don't allow me to interact with my friends????

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: It doesn't answer my question and is a lazy automated response. I just want my account shut and nothing else is going to make me happy. I have explained quite clearly that I do not agree that Facebook has the right to ask me for Id. I did not need any id other than my email address to open the account and I fail to understand why Facebook will not shut my account as I have repeatedly requested.
Why would I upload Id to an organization that cannot be bothered to read my emails and respond like a human being, I have no trust in Facebook as an organization and do not want to upload Id to them.
The only response I will accept is an email from Facebook saying they have shut my account. I can't be the only person who has complained about this!Sincerely,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:Facebook sent me info on "account being hacked" which is irrelevant.I need THEM to actively remove the block on accessing Facebook on a particular computer. My computer has McAfee anti virus installed on it, and it was scanned and proclaimed clean of viruses.So there's no reason for the block. Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID...
[redacted], and find that this resolution is mostly satisfactory to me. Since filing this complaint I was blocked once more yesterday, (Tuesday, July 18, 2017). I was able to log in a couple of times, then straght away it asked for my photo, then it asked me to submit an appeal and include my id, then NOTHING, no correcspondence at all from facebook, this is what happens everytime. I have JUST tryed to log in and again it says account disabled.
