Although deactivated, I continue to receive texts and notifications from Facebook. They can delete my account with one click and they refuse to do so. I have requested to dele5my account countless times. Please, delete my account and never contact me again. Never send me and electronic message.

Facebook still refuses to permanently delete my account. This is beyond belief.

I cannot access my Facebook account because I cannot receive a text code to my new phone number [redacted]. I cannot use a code generator because I'm not currently logged into any known devices. I cannot verify mgy email address because it's an old email and I cannot access it. My Facebook URL is [redacted] and I can verify any information on my account and about my personal information. This has been such a hassle, I even had to get a brand new Spotify account because I created it linked to this Facebook account and was blocked from that as well. I have attempted all the FAQ suggestions. Please have a human being read my issue and help me in real time with real answers.Sincerely,[redacted]

There is another page on facebook name "[redacted] PO RN videos that comes up when you do a search, and it has a naked woman as the profile pic. However, when you click on it, the the page does not fully load and all you can see is the profile picture of a woman with part of her nipple exposed. I hope that Facebook will start putting disclaimers up letting users know that certain pages, pictures, and videos may not be suitable for those under 18. We don't need our teenagers exposed to this kind of material.

I am rejecting this response because:Facebook 1st and 2nd response proved useless.  I could not delete this account because facebook security measures were preventing me from logging in and deleting this account.  With this 2nd response from Facebook, they are saying that they do not have the power to deactivate or delete my Facebook account.  That certainly have the power to delete Facebook accounts for any number of reasons.  If Facebook cannot delete Facebook accounts, how can anyone else do it?  So put another way, Facebook is saying that Facebook cannot delete my Facebook account and they have no control over their accounts.  Ridiculous and Unheard of.  I don't expect anything more at this point but this is a totally unsatisfactory response from Facebook, for them to state that they cannot delete/close one of their accounts at the user's request! Any bank or credit card will close any individual account immediately upon request.  But Facebook can't do that.  Something is wrong with Facebook. [redacted]
