Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
My wife and I are real people. We corrected the name on our first account: [redacted] to just my name, [redacted] and then the account was disabled. My wife created her own personal accoun: [redacted] using her real name, [redacted] and that account was disabled too. I'm not sure what we are expected to do in order to have a Facebook account. Please, delete the account associated with [redacted] and enable our personal accounts: [redacted] and [redacted] We will do everything we can to ensure we abide by the rules. Please give us another chance. We are real people and deserve to have a Facebook account. We have a business, [redacted] and paid to have you promote our business with two ads. We feel we are being treated as criminals.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: It still doesn't solve the problem all they are saying in the response is that Get a FaceBook account & then report it using the help tools but the problem is We do not have or want a Facebook account & someone is using it to steal our corporate identity & violate contracts by setting up FaceBook accounts using our identity. Either they need to contact us or the Revdex.com to understand what they don't seem to be grasping or they need to purge their system of our web address & I would submitt that they also create a portal or contact for others having the same issues as we were told even law enforcement was unable to make contact this creates a situation on many fronts as this becomes violations of international laws. Sincerely,[redacted]

Nope. It's been disabled by Facebook after it was hacked. This link will not work. If you spent more than 3 seconds looking into the issue you would see the status of this account. Again, terrible service, even through the Revdex.com. I don't think you guys are capable of doing any better sadly.

Again this is exactly the response that I was talking about. Can a person actually type an answer out to the question that I have posed please and actually answer my question. "This is no longer an issue" is not true as it keeps happening. PLEASE READ MY QUESTION and offer a relevant answer.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I have had to repeatedly provide my ID MULTIPLE times and my account keeps getting locked out due to my name. The two answers facebook has provided has not resolved the problem. They claim the situation is all set, yet it is not because my account keeps getting locked out. They say I have provided ID in the past and the situation is remedied, however my account has been locked out multiple times even though I have shown proof of identity multiple times. We are going in circles here. They are ignoring the fact that I have proven identity multiple times yet my account keeps getting locked out telling me that my name isn't valid. When will Facebook address this?

Hi [redacted],
It looks like the name on your Facebook account may not be your authentic name. We ask everyone to use the name they go by in real life so friends know who they're connecting with.
Please help us by responding with your first...
and last name to our previous correspondence.
If the name on your account is already the name you use in everyday life, we would like to work with you to verify that this name best represents your identity.
We accept a number of documents to allow you to verify your everyday name. Learn more in our Help Center:

We appreciate your patience, and thank you for being a member of the Facebook community.

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 8, 2015/05/06) */
Here's the issue; I have exhausted every means to communicate via their "help" menu and I've submitted 5 ID's and there's no response. Hence, my filing this complaint.
[redacted] as you see in my signature line below is my business usage name and has been for 14 years. www[redacted].com or www.[redacted].com.
Across the facebook you see unrelated user names; unlike mine, which is my business name.
[redacted] is my legal name. However, i've been called "[redacted]" for 50 years.
When signing up for facebook they approved my name usage "[redacted]" and its been an active account for over 5 years without question.
Furthermore, I do not have access to my personal content nor business profiles. Which at this point damage is occurring to my business with the loss of ongoing access.
