They said they would contact me when I used their automated system to appeal the disabling of my account and now they again say they will contact me, but I have heard nothing from them. This problem was first reported to the Revdex.com about 2 weeks ago.

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/08/05) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Hi [redacted],
While I appreciate the fact that she was removed from Facebook along with anyone else who was reportedly working with her, the fact of the matter remains that I am still be harassed on my personal & business cell phone & now by another agent (https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) who tried to contact me from Cairo Egypt! This is unacceptable. The other agent that was harassing me is [redacted]. The whole community is rude, degrading & can't even utilize proper grammar. It puts you guys in a very bad light & seriously makes me want to take down my profile. Is there anything else that you can do as recourse against these people? Please advise accordingly. I have saved & documented all the communications by the this "supposed company". I can forward you text messages, email & IMs so you can do further research. Please advise accordingly.
Thank you kindly,
[redacted]

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/06/22) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Once again, Facebook is not understanding that this is an issue with a glitch in their system that they will not own up too. I did NOT voluntarily migrate this account. A glitch in the system did not allow me any other option. I am a one person business, I do not let anyone else use my facebook business page. But Facebook forced me into a migration once I placed an ad. The set up said I should be able to just maintain the one business page without a personal page but the set up did NOT ALLOW THAT. The only way to get around the glitch was to set up a fake personal facebook page so I could access my business page. Facebook collected money from me for ads but I was locked out of the system. I want my business page put back to the way it was without a migration to a personal page. The Ads did me no good since I couldn't see what was happening with them and I could NOT respond to customers. This seems like a marketing ploy by Facebook to make it look as if their numbers are increasing when all they are doing is forcing established customers to create needless additional pages. The fact that a company of this caliber does not have customer support for paying customers is absurd! I would like this resolved by giving me access again to my account through [redacted]@gmail.com and eliminate the migrated account of [redacted] Thank You and I hope to be able to utilize facebook again.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I followed this link. It tells me to sign into my business manager but I have NO LINK ANYWHERE to access my business manager. None of the helps issues tell you how to sign into business manager. I can't access business manager to change anything because I can't even find it! I have a bill due for ads and I'm not paying this until this issue is resolved.
