Hi [redacted],
It looks like you're reporting a timeline for violating your privacy rights. If you're trying to report an entire timeline, you're probably trying to report an impostor account. Fake accounts created to imitate real people (impostor...
accounts) are not allowed on Facebook. We can't take any action against an impostor timeline from this channel, but you can learn how to report this to us here:
https://www.facebook.com/help/?faq=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
If you're trying to report a specific piece of content (photo, video, share, etc.) within the timeline you're reporting, we need you to send us a link (URL) to this content. If this content is on a Wall or in your News Feed, you can get the URL by clicking the time or date that appears with the post (ex: "8 hours ago" or "August 9").
If you believe that every image within a particular photo album, without exception, violates or infringes your privacy rights, you can report the entire album by providing its URL (instead of the URL for each individual image).
Once we receive this information, we'll investigate this further.
Thanks,
[redacted]

Hi [redacted],
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. The best way to let us know about abuse is to use the nearby "Report" link when you see the abuse on Facebook.
You can learn more about using report links by visiting the Help Center:

Facebook also provides several tools for addressing abuse on the site, including:

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2014/12/11) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I have already followed the steps listed by facebook 17 times on 3 different computers and the account is still not permanently deleted. I have asked other people to try to do it by following the same steps...the account is still not deleted. I know how to read and I know how to follow simple step-by-step directions. The action steps listed in the response do not work.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2014/12/17) */

Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 11, 2014/12/18) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I followed the steps listed to the letter!!! I logged into my account using the correct email address and password. I went to the delete message and re-entered the password as required and entered the captcha letters. An error message popped up stating that I did not enter the correct password and therefore my account would not be deleted. Now, you tell me what kind of system is it that recognizes the correct email and password combination to log in, but then refuses that exact same password when trying to delete the account? How is it possible for a password to be correct at the initial log in, but then be incorrect in the deletion process? I made multiple attempts at the deletion screen and am 100% certain that I entered the exact same password in the initial log in and during each deletion attempt. There is no excuse for this! My resolution request: since this system will not recognize the correct password when I attempt to delete this account, the fb should permanently delete this account (if fb is able to do this). There is no excuse for a consumer to have this much difficulty trying to leave a service. Now, of course, since I logged into the account it is now active again!!! REALLY?????

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I have already contacted FB on 21 June 2017 and received a copy of my email to them with this response/acknowledgement from them with case number [redacted], at 1:53 pm on 21 June 2017:
"I have received a malicious malware notification, purported to be from FB. It includes a link to "clean this device". I have had a professional run 3 separate scans from 3 different vendors. There is nothing malicious on my machine. I cannot log into FB. Please help. Respond to me [redacted] Thx, [redacted]
You contacted Facebook: Report Something on Facebook
OPENCase #[redacted]
My husband can successfully log onto FB on my laptop without receiving the FB "malicious malware" message, yet I cannot. Clearly there is no malware on my machine. Since the only option FB provides is to use their scanning program, it is my opinion this is a bogus attempt to obtain access to private information, photos, passwords, account numbers by FB. If allowed, FB, through this scan, could implant its own tracking malware. This is an attempt to compromise my privacy & security. FB- Release my Machine! Allow me access to my FB account.
Sincerely,Barbara Pieroni

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
I have already deactivated my account within Facebook; my complaint was that the company has not deleted my details from the web weeks thereafter. If anyone at the company had read complaint, this would have been crystal clear.
There is no way to contact Facebook, other than by loggin on, which tells you everything.
The Revdex.com has been no help in this.
Sincerely,[redacted]
