Complaint: [redacted]Dear Sir/Madam,
As outlined in my original complaint comment, I currently have a case open (Case #[redacted]) which is viewable at [redacted]. I have not received any response from Facebook via this case, nor my previous one which was deleted. Your response to me now was the first (presumably)  non-automated response I have received in 1 year and 4 months. I can assure you that I have attempted everything through the normal guidelines, which is why I've had to contact you through the Revdex.com.

To summarise -
Disabled account email: [redacted]
Date Disabled: Feb 2015
Reason Given: none
1st Appeal URL: [redacted] (Opened Feb 2015, deleted Sep 2015 with no response.)
2nd Appeal URL: [redacted] (Opened Oct 2015, currently no response.)

If you require more information I may suggest checking the original complaint details, or if you need any more information I'm happy to provide it to you.
Many thanks,[redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is NOT satisfactory to me.  The response via Revdex.com simply sent me back to the exact page where I already submitted a request for help 10 days earlier. However, after waiting 5 days, my request for help did receive a response outside of Revdex.com which did answer one of my questions. Additionally, I was able to solve my own problem by that time without any help at all from Facebook. I strongly suggest that Facebook reevaluate its customer service or lack thereof. Personally, I'll never use their service again and will advise friends and family to do the same.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: It lacked the answer of a large cooperation responding to an issue. If I wanted the response given I would have used google. Not wanting  to help when lacking transparency in policies, especially the "ONLY one-time change" policy for a permanent url is ridiculous. Its synonymous with the of the precedent of being able to change your legal name.Sincerely,[redacted]

case #:  [redacted]
No, the business Facebook's reply is NOT acceptable.

They offered a link how to close a facebook page, but you have to be logged into the page to close it. And that is the whole problem... I cannot access the page at all. The link they sent was a help pagethat was entirely not helpful.

They also said, "Keep in mind we may not be able to offer any additional information or help outside of what is found in our Help Center."

Please help me resolve this issue and thank you so much.  -[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: again this is some sort of auto response. Facebook put my account in a status that I'm supposed to wait for them to respond, Facebook won't allow me to log in. This is what the complaint is about, it's been 2 months that I've been not allowed to enter my account, the problem is Facebook doesn't ha e a person to deal with, it's all automated responses that get you nowhere, one would think that a responsible business would take the time to address emails and respond and give me the opportunity to access my account, you think I have a fake name with no proof other then "someone reported it as such" I responded and have been waiting 2 months for a response from someone at facebook
Sincerely,
[redacted]
