Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:I need further assistance to resolve the issue. Here is the requested link to when I try to log in or recover my account but the hacker's email address is the only one to which I can send a code: [redacted] The hacker's email, [redacted], will obviously not help me. I would need the code sent only to MY email address, which I have provided to the Revdex.com. I have also submitted my driver's license to Facebook in hopes of getting through to someone who can help me regain control of my account and prevent the hacker from accessing it. Thank you in advance for your help.
Sincerely,

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:

I need a physical phone call from Facebook.  Something is wrong with there server and there are no emails being sent to recover the account.  I recovered my account, through the friends process, and made a new password, however, now it states we have sent you an email to the new email, [redacted] which is linked to my[redacted] address, but I have not received the email to confirm the account.  I have sent if over 4 times, and check with our internet provider and internet team, and they state no email has been sent to that address and no emails have hit the spam filter.  This account is connected to my business account, [redacted], so I can not access my work account wither.
I have added a screenshot showing my password was resent, but not getting the email to confirm account
to summarized, I have resent my password through the contact friends option, however they are not sending the email to click on to confirm the account to log back in.
In the phone number recovery it shows my phone number correctly, but are they dialing to 1's, because it shows[redacted], should it be showing [redacted]

Please help, thanksSincerely,David Zwiacher

Hi [redacted],Thanks for reaching out to Facebook through the Revdex.com. We've reviewed your report and it looks like this is no longer an issue. Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. Thanks,**The Facebook Team

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:               Facebook fails to address it's piracy issue which they refused a United Nations Investigation. I deleted my account on 02/23/2017 with the help of a facebook administrator only to find out 2-3 months later a account was issued using different profiles. Creating profiles whether it is his or her without the permission creates grave concerns. 1). Facebook should do a better job with it's Security and authentication. 2). Facebook should not create profiles that are bogus, fake, or borrowing another profile this in itself is a piracy issue and should be investigated by the International authorities since they subject themselves to different Jurisdictions world wide.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/07/14) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
First of all, my original account [redacted].[redacted].79 was hacked. I had all the features from FB site set in place, yet FB allowed a hacker to take over my account . They accepted a, ID from the hacker - who by the way was working from Indonesia .. on my account made in the US .. but that didnt matter - FB allowed them to take over. I believe this account is still in use, or a copy of all my contacts .. pictures .. etc. I have had friends from the old list complain to me about the hacking they have had thru the old [redacted].[redacted].79 account. FB assured me that that account was locked, but isnt it strange that weeks after this, my old friends are being hacked by the same individual(s)? Next, FB DOD NOT LOCK any account until I DEMANDED IT!! by the time they reacted, my account - [redacted].[redacted].79 was fully compromised!!! Now they say this is fixed ... what about my old account and the history built in it??? What about the fact that FB has allowed [redacted].[redacted].79 to continue??? What about the fact that they opened the account I have now - only to have some of the settings left in it from the hacker?? They talk about securing the email .. what a joke, when the hacker gained control, they changed the associated email so that I could no longer get in .. so that I could no longer reset anything via the email system ..they changed the trusted people .. then required me to use the trusted friends for recovery?? WHAT A JOKE!!! They say to run a virus scan .. not only did I do this, I hired a company for a few hundred dollars just to scan both computers .. did this help? NO!!!!! I was hacked within a few days of this cost. Did FB return my chips they allowed the hackers to take?? HECK NO!!!! Did they allow me to use another account with obscure information to continue to play?? HECK NO - they locked it down because the ID I sent didnt match the information on the account ... IF THEY WERE TO USE COMMON SENSE AND LOOK AT THE IP ADDRESSES .. maybe .. just maybe that along with the explanation of why I made the account with fictitious information due to their lack of actions ... none of this would be going on. Maybe if the looked at the IP addresses that were used for more than 10 years and all of a sudden a new IP was used to hack the account ... you would think that common sense would say at least LOCK THE ACCOUNT!!!!!! CALL ME .. VERIFY!!!!!!!! BUT no, that would only make sense. In cases where hacks have taken place or are taking place, WHY in GODS name doesnt FB set up a phone line for the victim???? BUT no, this makes sense!!! Their statement that they take security seriously is a real joke based on the experience I have had with them. In closing, yes, I have an account - not the original account I had - but the one the hackers made .. do I trust this now [redacted] NO!!!! do I trust that FB will care about future attacks .. [redacted] NO!!! What will make me feel they care: 1. set up a hot line - telephone - for people that are in the process of being hacked so their information and history can be mostly secured. 2. Return my 1.6B in chips for my zynga account. 3. Set up an instant lock down button for anyone who is hacked or compromised .. and only allow their accounts to be open when telephone contact is made and verification process can be done. 4. Get rid of the "use trusted friends to recover account" this is a real joke and as frustrating as the hack itself. 5. When email is used to warn of a new IP address being used, lock the account down until a call can verity information. This would be a good start .. thank you for your time.

Again, I need someone to contact me from facebook. The forms provided to upload my security ID I have used before.  They now ask me to enter my email in order to upload the picture ID, however, after I enter my email address to perform this task again after 10+ times I have done so, it only brings me to another page, stating..."thank you for uploading your picture we will review but for now your account has been disabled for security reasons" we will contact you shortly. It has been past 30 days since this has not been resolved.
