Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Sorry for any inconvenience for a 30 day ban for being accused of emailing child [redacted] is completely unacceptable. I have never sent anything of the sort and you guys refuse to look at whatever it is you think I sent. Why? Is it nornal for Facebook to falsely accuse people of things, ban them, then say too bad?Sincerely,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:The site used by facebook for refunds doesn't allow the submission of request due to "technical problems" for over a week now. They need to refund 2 purchases made on the 20th of this month because I wasn't awarded big wins due to game freezing up,twice. They can certainly do this with no further action on my part.Purchases were for 24.99 each.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

my email address is [redacted].  I can not give you the direct link since I am not able to log onto my account. If you search the previous compliant I made you should be able to see the link.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:

Facebook ignored my complaint entirely. My complaint is about Facebook locking my account from desktop access, NOT about being the victim of some scam.

Upon login to: [redacted]
I am given the following message:
Let's Check Your Device for Malicious Software
Hi[redacted] we're continuously working to keep your account secure. We've noticed that this device may be infected with malicious software. To continue to use Facebook, you can either use other devices or clean this device by downloading the scanner provided by Facebook and Kaspersky Lab.
Facebook then proceeds to FORCE the user (me) to DOWNLOAD SCANNING SOFTWARE, with which they will SCAN MY ENTIRE COMPUTER before granting me access to my account. This is a major intrusion of my privacy and their CLAIM THAT MY COMPUTER IS INFECTED IS UNGROUNDED AND FALSE.

I have already scanned my computer and found no threats.

Furthermore, Facebook shows the SAME MESSAGE ABOUT THE COMPUTER BEING INFECTED ON OTHER COMPUTERS - on THESE SAME COMPUTERS, MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY ARE ABLE TO LOG IN WITHOUT ISSUE.

Facebook cannot withhold from me access to my account on the basis that my computer is infected if THE ONLY REQUIREMENT FOR MY ACCOUNT TO BE BLOCKED IS THAT IT IS RUN ON A DESKTOP COMPUTER, and not that it REALLY IS INFECTED. Simply logging into Facebook from a web browser (Google chrome) DOES NOT yield Facebook enough data to know that there is malware on my computer.

I am not comfortable allowing ANYONE to scan ALL contents of my computer; much less Facebook, which has been known to collect large amounts of data on its users - I am ESPECIALLY concerned because there is no guarantee that they will not report back the contents of my computer. And EVEN WITH that guarantee, I would not run a program downloaded from the internet that can READ AND WRITE TO MY COMPUTER UNCHECKED.

Sincerely,[redacted]

Please post response in this complaint. I did not get your email and since I delete hundreds of Facebook emails daily I may have deleted that not expecting it. If you sent from a different email then perhaps you did not respond to the anti-spam challenge email and it would not be delivered.
Reply to: [redacted]@flcure.org and be sure to respond to the email anti-spam response.

Hi [redacted],
We can't restore your account or provide any data from your profile. Your profile was converted into a Page because it didn't represent a real person.
Facebook is a community where people share and interact using their authentic identities. Your profile was disabled after you converted it into a Page because it was representing something other than a real person.

I submit that Coca Cola Corporation is not a real person ( unless you consider Supreme Court decision Citizens United then corporations are persons)
https://www.facebook.com/coca-cola/
Who is this "real person" or do you treat wealthy corporations different than not for profit organizations?

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: As I expressed in my compaint, I have already reached out to Facebook via there webpage several times, and nobody ever responds to me. I am happy to try this specific link, but do not feel confident. This just feels like more run around. In addition, I have also closed the business page, as I expressed in my complaint. I will use their link to double check that it is closed, but again, this feels like more runaround. A satisfactory response would involve somebody actually researching my account and canceling the payment.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because I cannot provide ID for an account that I cannot log into, given that the ID is apparently already in review (despite having never submitted anything), NOR can I submit ID for a technically "fake" account. It is not my real name, I simply made it as a second account on which I could post more without bothering family and friends. If I could access the account, I would deactivate it--that is all I want. My real account is registered as [redacted], whereas this one is [redacted] and it is registered through this email address. Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Facebook has indicated they need...

more information before they can help.
To Facebook:
My url to my account is [redacted]
My full name is [redacted], but I have always went by my middle name [redacted].  Therefore, my account is under the name [redacted].
Somehow, my account was finally restored last Friday (6/23/17).  I'm very happy to have my account back.  With that being said, I'd like to get confirmation that I can create fan pages again without my account getting disabled.  For some reason, that was what would trigger my account to get disabled for "suspicious activity", even though I've created several fan pages and run ads successfully for years.  Secondly, I would like to get the direct phone number of an actual human being to speak to should this ever happen again.  It was very frustrating going for two months without my account working properly.  Much of that time, it was disabled and I've done my best to make sure I'm not breaking any rules.  Please have someone look over my account and ensure that I can create fan pages and run Facebook ads without it getting disabled.  It was very random that it happened, but ever since it did, it happened repeatedly when I would get my account back and then try to create a brand new fan page to run Facebook ads.
I really do appreciate any insight that can be provided into this and hope to get everything resolved as soon as possible.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2014/09/22) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I did use the report link and there was no area for a reason for our complaint. Facebook responded to our complaint that the photo will not be removed. I understand that it was not removed because we could not indicate why.
I am not sure why the response from facebook is telling me how to report an issue, that is what I am doing now.
Please review and readdress my original concerns. We clearly indicated (3) violations or terms and conditions that have not been addressed.
Thank you
Final Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2014/10/01) */
