Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Thank you for your response. The link you provided  does not resolve my Facebook account issue because I've already sumitted a valid drivers license and I've already received a identification verification email from Facebook support saying "thank you for verifing your identity. You should have full access to your account". But my account still says disabled when I try to login. I've repeated this process 3 times and each time had the same resolt. I've also filled out many other Facebook forms contacting Facebook support about this issue and received no resolution regarding this issue. Reactivating my Facebook account is very important to me because I am a stone mason and artist, I have a Facebook  business page and many groups providing  me a great outlet to desplay my work to millions of people. If you're trying to report a specific piece of content (photo, video, share, etc.) within the timeline you're reporting, we need you to send us a link (URL) to this content. If this content is on a Wall or in your News Feed, you can get the URL by clicking the time or date that appears with the post (ex: "8 hours ago" or "August 9").

If you believe that every image within a particular photo album, without exception, violates or infringes your privacy rights, you can report the entire album by providing its URL (instead of the URL for each individual image).

why do I have to allow anyone not myself the right to have a page posted on a social media site that I was not asked to authorize? all I am asking is for the page to be removed. it ts content are pics of me I understand that but I didnt give permission for them to do so. Facebook would be the first to remove the page if I was naked... well to me its the same thing. the man who has being bullying me can post whatever he likes and I have no recourse? its a page of ME..... I have a page of me that I approve its content why is it ok for fb to allow someone eles the right to use my likeness in that way? I have requested from facebook on numerous occasions through their proper channels for resolution and have gotten the same response that it doesn't violate their community standards when in fact as you stated fake accounts are not allowed.. well it appears as though they are... and I'mtrying to get the other one that bares my name removed. Thank you again for your time .

FACEBOOK CLEARLY STATES THAT THEY DO NOT TOLERATE FAKE PROFILES OR BULLYING. THE PUBLIC PROFILE IN QUESTION THOUGH IT MAY BE MY PHOTOS, IS A PUBLIC FIGURE PROFILE WHICH WAS MADE WITHOUT MY CONSENT USING MY NAME AND MY LIKENESSES, DOES THAT NOT MAKE IT A FAKE PROFILE? LIKE I HAVE STATED TO THEM ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS I CANNOT ASK A PROFILE OF MY SELF TO TAKE DOWN THE PAGE AS IT OFFERS NO WAY TO EVEN DO THAT... I CANT DO IT ANY WAY. We are using an authentic identity. Facebook paid no attention to the information we provided them: date Epiphany Arts was established; information on our state, county and city registrations. Facebook only allows one phone number to verify identity. If that phone number has been used on one account, Facebook won't allow it on another. If Facebook will allow us to login to our account, we will change our account from a personal timeline to a business/organization page.

I am rejecting this response because: I am waiting for information from Facebook.First, thank you to the Facebook team for allowing me to access my account again. Unfortunately, I still have some unresolved questions. I haven't received any information about what caused the security issue, and I didn't receive notification that I could access my account again (I've just been trying a few times a day and found that I could). Is there anything I should be doing differently to prevent having access issues in the future, or was this just a technical glitch that should now be resolved? Is going through the Revdex.com the only way to reach Facebook if I run into this issue again?

I could not find a response....I clicked on the link below and as far as I could tell they want me to fill out forms explaining the nature of the problem. I already did that and went back and forth with them many times and I ended up going in circles and they refused to issue the refund. THAT is why I contacted Revdex.com.....All I want is a yes or no reply to you as to whether or not they will issue the partial refund....this is part of the problem....their processes and instructions and complicated and convoluted....
