I have looked into your situation, and currently as of March 5, we have rolled out a new policy where we remove voluntarily deactivated and memorialized accounts from Pages' like counts to ensure that Page audience metrics are meaningful and consistent. As a result, you may notice a dip in your aggregate Page likes in early-March. This changes does not affect organic or paid distribution of your content.
When people like Pages originally, their accounts were active. Facebook is making this update to drive real business results and ensure our metrics are consistent.

have been utilizing this page to longer, and when you advertise you are paying for people to click and like the page, just because a person is deceased doesn't give facebook the right to delete original likes to the page. If that be the case, then this should be partially refunded.
In addition, I also originally stated that my page is not even coming up in the search engine if there is not an ad running. How is this practice just?
I have sent countless queries about information regarding this matter and it takes me having to make my situation public to get any actual legit feedback.
Swindling people out of hundred's of dollars if not thousands is corrupt. I paid for a service, and if we are going to go by what you've said everyone will eventually pass away so if people don't keep liking it it will dwindle down to none. That makes no sense. Unless you keep spending and spending you will see a steady decrease in your advertisements that were already paid for.
Part of this money should e refunded if likes are disappearing and it has nothing to do with me or my page. I should be compensated for the decrease.

I am rejecting this response because:There is no way for me to access this account because it was HACKED! They hacked the email connected to this Facebook account so I cannot even go through the steps to get to the hacked account. This is ridiculous that there is no-one to talk to or get help with this!! Since this account was hacked, I have gone through a horrible divorce from this man in pictures. He was abusive and I had to take legal action to keep him from harming my children and I. PLEASE HELP ME DELETE THIS ACCOUNT FOR MY SAFETY!!! I have since remarried and no longer use Facebook. I am thankful I don't now because I see that you do not have your users safety and concerns a top priority. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE HELP ME DELETE THIS ACCOUNT!! I have tried all avenues to delete it but can't because I don't have access to the email to do it. Again, PLEASE HELP ME!! I will take legal action if needed. It is ridiculous that there is no-one to talk to or help with Facebook. I have gotten the same response for years from your business who I no longer respect. Again I want to thank you so much for helping me. They would not have contacted me at all if you had not gotten involved I am positive of that. They did contact me today but after waiting all afternoon for them to do what they said they would do, my account still is not deleted. I read through their general policy on deleting accounts and it says it can take up to 90 days. I think that is totally bogus especially for someone with no pictures or any traction having been made in a brand new FB account I barely used.
This is the correspondence, and as of now this case is not resolved for me.
