I've dealt with 3 different people so far and all experiences were great. Sharon, Sam and Kelsey were all very pleasant, helpful and seemed eager to assist.

Excellent customer service experience.

Resolved my concerns quickly and efficiently.

Just received a letter from them addressed to my Mother who has been dead 16 years come May. Called them and they claim that she owns a vehicle at my address. Don't know where they get their info, but if they cannot get that info correct would not expect much from them.

Loved Jeff, he was very personable. Got the confusion cleared up quickly. Thanks for having good people work for you. I left carshield cause they're rude and I believe thieves

Another terrible warranty company. They are just as bad as infinite warranty company. They look for any reason not to pay your claim. Absolutely terrible. Do not use.

Stop sending me direct mail making me think my policy is running out when I never signed up for your service. This is deceptive advertising.

Worst company ever. Bait and switch company. They want your money but don’t want to cover your repairs. They pick and choose what they want to fix and pull some off the wall idea as to why they don’t want to cover the repair. Terrible customer service. They hang up on you and treat you like a piece of trash. I don’t even understand how this company is still on business.

Took dealer 5phone call to get approved car in the shop 2 extra days cost me 400$Not100$

Well they told Me I'd have my refund by today 2/28/20. Well I called the and they told me now it will take up to 30 days to be refunded. It took them 1 day to take it, and they should be able to give it back in the same time period. I don't know anything about their car Protection Services because I'm ineligible for their service. But holding money they took from me for an extended period of time is unacceptable.

Chelsea did a fantastic job taking the time to explain all the steps that are required to process my warranty. she even offered to provide any additional information should I be stranded and need further assistance while traveling. Fantastic job all of my questions and expectations were exceeded within 10 minutes.
