I cancelled my account within the time frame and the company is refusing to refund my first bill and deposit back to me

I contacted the business due to a letter I received in the mail. I was told I would qualify for the "gold service package". I was sold the "secure plus package". I never received any paperwork in the mail like I was told after spending $795 upfront +1 monthly payment of $167. I was also told this was a warranty associated with the manufacturer when it's not even close. I feel I was mislead and lied to. I do not feel I was properly explained the important details of the policy and true coverage. I called to get information and waited on hold for 20+ mins and then hung up and called the number I originally called instead of the "customer service" like I was instructed and someone answered in 2 mins. They stated they would walk the information over to the department that I was having trouble reaching. I waited over an hour and a half and called back when I was finally able to reach someone. No documentation had been made about my previous calls. I feel I was misguided and taken advantage of
In response to the customer's issue please be advised that Endurance was not the seller of the vehicle service contract. The seller of the vehicle service contract was *** Vehicle Services. Endurance played no role whatsoever in the sales process. Protect sold the customer an Endurance vehicle service contract so the customer may have been confused. Nevertheless, when Endurance received the customer's complaint, Endurance contacted the seller of the policy, ***, and the customer was issued a full refund. The customer is satisfied.

Today, on the phone, Martin was professional, quick and to the point. He made the experience fast and efficient understanding that I am busy and have many things to do.
He emailed me so that all I had to do was respond to cancel my policy with Endurance instead of having to send a letter and all.

Absolutely the worst Warranty company to deal , Long phone wait times , Jerks on the phone , Keep looking for ways to decline covered repairs , Save your money and find a real warranty company
