I find it appalling that this business is allowed to send advertising that is specifically designed to look like some sort of official notice from the state (Florida, in my case).Phrases such as, 'Immediate response to this notice requested," and "Our records indicate you have received multiple notices and have not contacted us to update your auto file." The letters always claim "No other notices will be sent," and yet I get these things as regular as bills. Nowhere on this "notice" is the name Endurance Warranty. Nowhere on this "notice" is the web address for www.endurancewarranty.com (which would make it perfectly clear that they are trying to sell you a service). When I called the number listed in order to find out the actual company and to request removal from their mailing list, the eager rep answered the phone by telling me he was ready to "activate my account." No mention of Endurance until I asked three times. No "let me explain what we are trying to SELL you." As soon as I said I wanted to be removed from the mailing list he began talking over me and asking if my warranty had expired. When I made it clear I was not interested in their service and did not want any further mail, he first told me to just "throw it away." Um...no. That's not how this works. I say remove me, you should be saying, "Yes, ma'am. I grew more insistent that I wanted to be removed and demanded a supervisor. I was told there was no supervisor. More heated discussion ensued and suddenly the supervisor had "just gone into a meeting that might last at least a half hour." I said I would wait until the supervisor was available and was put on hold. Magically, it only took about 5 minutes before someone claiming to be the floor supervisor was on the phone with me. We repeated the conversation. He took the code off the letter I received and said records showed they would not be sending any more letters. I repeated several times that I wanted no further unsolicited communication from their company for any vehicle registered to me. I am no longer tossing my junk mail in the trash even if it means I spend hours on the phone with these companies to ensure I am removed from their lists. To have the rep tell me to just throw it away if I don't want it is not good business. The whole thing could have been short and sweet if the call had gone something like this: 'I'm sorry you are not interested in purchasing our service. We will remove you from our mailing list as soon as possible."

they sent me a letter making it look official and like I had applied for business with the company. it even says "pending" for coverage. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I called and spoke to a person who said their name was Jennifer and she admitted this was to solicit my business. no company should disguise their identity on notices, and it never said Endurance on the letter. SCAM!!!!

Last month, I bought a new Dodge and did considerable research into new car warranty products and found that Endurance is the top rated product available. Generally I found that Endurance compared very favorably to every offering I looked into, in that, the extended warranty extended the service by three years instead of the usual one year with the same 100,000 mile period. Aside from this, I received professional, spot-on, non-pressured, and responsive service from Oscar *** in Northbrook, Illinois and thorough, seamless provision of reference information on which to base my decision. While it will be some time before I will use this warranty, I'm sure that a company with such a good reputation will perform as well in the future as they did in assisting me in my choice.

Claim for transmission was denied after 3 week process. Eddie *** called and took care of my dissatisfaction by offering a full refund of full payments made for the policy to date. I'm now a satisfied consumer. Thank you!

Very pleased with the customer service Daniel provided to me! Endurance has great employees who truly listen and care about their customers.

I was very satisfied with my service with Endurance! I spoke with multiple representatives about what all this company has to offer: rates, coverage, etc. and the benefits of having a coverage provider that are their own administrator and that is the highest rated provider in the United States. Each representative was more than accommodating and informed me about payment options, differences in coverage, and positively represented what this company is all about. In the end I made the decision to stay with the provider I had originally, but I am in no way dissuaded from purchasing a coverage plan through Endurance in the future. A supervisor, Daniel (his last name escapes me), was very knowledgable and offered beneficial information about the company and how the claims process works and was the primary representative I spoke to in my first series of calls. Kevin *** was the representative who finalized the cancellation process and was both attentive and informative as well. He informed me of the benefits of staying with Endurance and offered me the most affordable payment plan to encourage me to do so. They were both exceptionally polite and understanding and you are very fortunate to have them representing your company. I'm pleased with what I've learned throughout this process and I feel confident in approaching these situations over the life of my coverage. Thank you all very much for the great service and I hope to do business with you in the future.

Nicole was assisting me with my claim. It was my first experience and I was expecting the typical call experience of wait times, holds, and denial. My experience was not typical. Nicole was warm friendly and accommodating. She was extremely knowledgeable. She was very patient with me and stayed on the call until she was comfortable that I understood the entire process. I actually feel valued as a customer which is rare.

I am very pleased with my experience with Nicole and endurance today. I have been having trouble getting my new payment info into the system and have had some late fees but with my communicating with them every month and notifying them of this issue they have been able to fix the issue I hope and have gone above and beyond to help me out and hopefully we have resolved the issue. It was an error on the financial side on endurance part not updating the system is what I was told. But I think it's on the up side now and were on the way to getting it fixed. Nicole is awesome and she was very helpful with me today. Thanks

My advisor Nicole was great to work with. She gave me advice on why my part was not covered and helped me with questions I had with why the service center did what they did to the vehicle. Very informative and just plain nice to deal with. This experience with Endurance has always been very nice and professional but on the ***. side of the Endurance don't go there and don't purchase anything with *** of Florida , Inc. or any other state at the end. It is a bunch of NO birds there in Atlanta and you have to fight them tooth and nail with every legal action and State action you can. If everyone fights them and then maybe we can stop them from selling their worthless contracts that end up always "wear and tear" denied on everything. The sell contracts on high mileage vehicles , take your money then deny everyting on "wear and tear". They mention timing chain and tensioners in covered but if the guide breaks (who knew there was one there, I don't) then they don't cover anyting even if the timing gear is stretched. We tried everyting with these people and they are only there to take your money - stay away. Our dealership service mangager stated they would not allow such a contract to be sold anywhere there dealerships are. Bad business so you are warned but Endurance is good but ***. if they are the Administrator stay on the contract stay clear.

I called due to a financial hardship and I needed my monthly autostart to be pushed back so I wouldn't have to cancel my whole plan. Michael *** took my call and he was awesome. He went above and beyond to ensure that it was okay to move the date. Additionally, he reinsured me that I wouldn't be penalized for the request. I'm so glad he helped me out today. Endurance is an amazing company that has always taken care of my Family and my automobile. I tell all of my friends and fellow co workers that all own vehicles to get an Endurance policy for protection. Endurance has a transportation specialist and vehicle expert named Scott that is the Most honest person in the Åuto industry. He truly goes to no end until he gets a resolution that is above satisfactory! With Endurance and Scott you will get award winning client relations from an unmatched, irreplaceable and never before seen combination of company and employee that goes above and beyond the one time cost of membership!

I have not had a great experience dealing with the shop working on my ehicle. However I have dealt with Eddie *** Customer Sevice Manager from Endurance and he has went above and beyond to ensure I received the best services from his company.
