because: Although the correct item has finally been installed, there is no excuse for the lack of customer service that I, as a customer, was subjected to This is a terrible way to run a business and I'm reasonably sure that the only reason I have a floor now is because the Revdex.com got involved It should not take from 3/until 4/to get square feet of produce installed I spent hours, yes hours, on the phone with customer service and never had a contact from the local officeThe original order was incorrect, the man that was sent to correct it was rude and unprofessional and I was told by the installer that the job was so small that it wasn't worth his time to do it. Believe me, if I had not persisted, it would not be there today

I am rejecting this response because: After attempting to confirm second installation date with the installation manager, left three days of messages before a response. Reassured that product would be brought to our home on Friday and that the job would be done it one day. Left cell phone number with us just in case there would be a problem. No product arrived on Friday nor any phone calls to confirm that our installation would take place on Saturday October 15th. We prepared our kitchen for installation, removed and disconnected all appliances and furniture. Empire sent carpenters to install our vinyl floor, they had only been with this company for days and were very uncomfortable with installing the vinyl. Said they could remove the old floor and put the *** down, Empire could not guarantee that the vinyl would be installed on October 16, Sunday. The original floor was installed on Saturday September and Sunday September 4.....they do work on Sundays. It was left that we would be contacted on Monday October 17. Started to phone them at am October requesting a full refund. Was referred from installation manager to another man, *** ***. Left several messages, when no response I filed a small claim dispute with our local magistrate, *** ***, on Monday afternoonWe are requesting a full refund for the botched installation of the vinyl floor. Also, the vinyl floor is a low grade vinyl. When we moved our refrigerator for second installation, the weight of it was imbedded into the floor and exposed the *** underneath in the shape of the casters on fridge. Totally frustrated with this company and we will leave it to the court to decide what happens next.
