I am rejecting this response because:This phone tag is an ongoing issue! We called to complain on May , then May 17th I called back and then was told that a *** attempted to call me on May 15th and left a message but there NEVER a messageEver since then its phone tag with *** for only attempts to call once at day in the morningBoth me and my wife are working individuals and cannot get to the phone in the amAfter several more phone tags and no one else in customer service to help us but *** we are left with unresolutionWe don't want replacement of the same lousy flooring, we want something put down that resembles the thousands of dollars we spentThis flooring hasn't lasted two months! According to what *** has told me wife two days ago, Empire cannot provide written warranty that the ongoing issue with this floor will be fixed for we will continue this round about with Empire for years to come- we just want a resolution to the cheap flooring they sold us
its not just the kitchen and the rips we have- its the ongoing issue of the QUALITY of flooring they supplied to us. I have pictures of what they left in my master bathroom when they first installed and what the left in the powder roomThis has been nothing but a complete NIGHTMARE

I did speak with David ***another manager of the local office and decided to go ahead and have Empire finish the order/install of our product purchased only because I'm tired of dealing with them for so long and David offered to refund me 20% of what we paid for time and inconvenience and lack of customer service instead of continuing with a full refundI asked David to put it in writing and said he would and the installer would bring a copy for me to sign on Dec If he doesn't have it with him I will refuse for him to finish the install and continue with the full refund for the purchased productIn their response they do not mention the 20% refund so I truly hope the installer brings it in writing like David said or I will kick him out of our home and refuse him entry to install and continue with the complaint

We appreciate the customer contacting us regarding their concerns.The customer was declined by our primary lender but was approved for financing through a secondary lender, ***.The financing terms are higher than the primary lender and emailed to the customer by that companyOur accounting
department has confirmed the customer received the correct terms from *** financing

Installation was competed on December 9, 2016.The customer has scheduled service for January 7, to address minor tile issues, under the labor warrant at no cost to the customer

The local office spoke with the customer on December 27th and reached an agreed to resolve this matter amicably We appreciate the customer’s feedback

Inspection is scheduled for August 11,

Repairs were completed on August 16thWe thank the customer for their feedback

While multiple quotes are requested to process a damage claim, the local office will accept the one quote the customer providedThe office has left messages for the customer to call them directly to process the Agreement for the reimbursement

response because:no messages have been left either by email or phone voicemails per records from *** we are pursuing rejection of balance owed on the finances portion of this sale due to incompetence of company to satisfy our request
