I am rejecting this response because: This is FALSE! I noticed the issue within months of the purchaseWhen I purchased this I requested a carpet that would be easy to clean due to my disabilityI don't appreciate you lying and putting words in my mouth that I did not say the fading of the carpet was a very serious issue I paid a lot of money to have a carpet that would last me for years not a piece of crap garbage that would start fading six months after purchaseI have receipts from the times that it was clean professionally and my son-in-law had it cleaned professionally for me as wellI've had other contractors look at it and they're the ones that told me that I was sold a piece of garbage! I paid a lot of money and you're not doing me a favor by stretching it out you're doing me a disserviceI have the contract that I'm looking at right now that you want your customers to be happy with their carpet I'm not happy! I paid a lot of money and I want what I paid for if we need to take this to court then we will because this is completely unacceptable and I was told when I first called that the company would resolve because they want their customers satisfied Mark Upchurch isn't doing anything to satisfy this customer by stretching it out it would be stretching the fading and it would look even worse than it already does and the inspector shook his head yes when I asked him if the company should replace this carpet so I really don't appreciate this horrible customer serviceIt is the most unprofessional company that I've dealt withNow I do have the contract that I when I first signed it and the man's name who sold it to me I paid $2,on - - On the paper that I was given at the time of purchase it says high quality workmanship takes time for what it's worth I definitely did not get high quality workmanship! This is either going to be replaced or I will seek damages through the courtI should not have to be going through this I was sold a lie and God knows what you're telling other elderly or disabled individuals to make a quick sale!I want a full refund or a replacement! And I had four other professionals look at this carpet and they all agree that this has faded and it was not installed correctlyYou have put me through so much inconvenience and people need to be aware of companies like you that sell garbage through lies! By the way that carpet stain in the room came back up I have pictures that I can date stamp since you don't want to believe me! This has been the worst experience I've ever dealt with with any purchases large or smallPoor quality and poor customer service! I shouldn't have to be going through all this! I paid a lot of money and I want what I paid for and what I was promised!

I am rejecting this response because: I need a confirmation of this transaction I never agreed to a measly on a $installation that took try's to install Wasting enormous amounts of time I will send you a bill of phone time, restaurant receipts because I could not cook in my kitchen, due to everything from dining room being in there for almost a week Time off of work, EVERYTHING WAS UNHOOKED....You people are ridiculous Really?? I NEVER AGREED to that amount

Per the 3rd party report, completed on March 15, 2017, that we can move forward with the previously agreed to repair, replacing the damaged flooring from the leak in the customer’s bathroom for the customer’s cost of $The customer advised the regional manager that the floor has buckled
AFTER this inspectionWe are unable to account for further damages on the siteThis additional damage is the responsibility of the homeowner, and we recommend the have their own inspection completed and perhaps leak detection doneAs we are unable to move forward with the service, we will refund the $to the customer’s original method of payment

I am rejecting this response because: when we built the home in we had the exact same hardwood flooring installed in two entry ways and had absolutely no problems with it and that's why we decided to have the entire floor doneThose two entry ways were removed upon installion of this floor the receipt shows the moisture test blank(never done) the wood was not delivered prior allowing it to cure to environmentThe floor was installed in the month of May and the cracks and cupping started in SeptWe have experienced moisture issues below our home and we NEVER experienced this with the exact same floor that was installed by Milford flooring from milford,de I have proof of it!!!!!! and the busted door jam is from the pressure of the floor!!!! This is not over I will continue to pursue this
