several times in the past days, on Thursday the 12th I called the number they said call times at different times of the day and all of the calls on that day and previous days went to a voice mail, to which I left a message and have had no response at allI think the number they provided (Alexis: ###-###-####, ext***) is a bump number, and they have no intention of returning the call or standing good on their warranty/Guarantee
