They are rude every rep I get and they will not let me speak with a supervisor they always say they are not in que...the issue I am having I got a new account with my bank due to fraudulent activity so I changed all my direct deposits to this new account as well as updated it with earnin I sent them my pay stub from my job that shows my direct deposits going into this account also my bank account information that's shows my check direct deposit from my job into my new account and they still is refusing to let me borrow everyone is rude and will not let you speak with a supervisor I have screenshots of the chats as well if needed but this poor service I would not recommend anyone to use this service due to the fact of you not being able to get money in emergency situations no matter what important information you provide you are still let down every time they have very poor customer service as well

Thought this app was good until you you reach out to the support team which no seems to know what they're doing. I reached to have my debit payout to be rescheduled due to my bank not always having the funds readily available so I they switched it to the following Monday tone payed out every other Monday. But when I ask to borrow money it always resets my payout date to Fridays. I knew a holiday was upcoming so I reached out again to avoid it being payed out the day before so I rescheduled it for September 3rd they still went ahead and charged me on August 30th causing me overdraw my account yet again due to them and their systems got hit 6 different overdraft charges in the amount of $38 each. They say a specialist would reach out and haven't heard a peep from them. This is ridiculous I'm always having to reach and message them about my payout dates always changing every pay period I have to message them and repeat the same complaints and rescheduling my payout dates. I'm so done with this company.

I uploaded the earnin app and signed in gave the banking information and was told that it already existed. I want to know why but I can't get anyone
I uploaded the earnin app and put in my banking information only to receive a pop up that stated that the information already existed as per my routing number and bank account. I spoke to somebody via chat and was told that they would contact me as soon as they had someone look into my account. I attempted to contact again today and got nowhere. I want to know why they have my account prior to me giving it to them. And I also want to know why you can't actually speak to a person.

Earnin over drafted my account by making unauthorized charges to my *** account ending in ***.
3 days ago I *** issued a revocation of authorization to Earnin to make any entries into my account. After battling with one of the customer service people. They told me my account was already unlinked from my bank and that no charges should go through if I don't have the amount. I told them that no charges should come out of my account as I won't get paid on my payday but they did not care. They also told me to place a stop placement on their payment so that it did not come out and that after that they would not try to withdraw again. I placed a stop on their payment but right after the first one didn't go through they went against their word and immediately tried again. This sent my account negative alone with having a stop payment fee. Earnings terms of service states that I can revoke my authorization at anytime it just may come at a higher cost when I am surly billed. This was not the case. This time I revoked my authorization and they still stole the money out of my account completely against my will and without my permission. My bank balance is currently -130 because of the stop placement and overdraft fees that they swore they wouldn't make me pay. But look one happened. I'll never use this app again.
I wish my account to be made positive and for their erroneous charges to be reversed Along with the stop payment FEE I was instructed to place via credit. After that I wish for Earnin to never make changes to my account again as we previously agreed on.

I was credited only 101 dollars. This DID NOT fix the charges placed on my account as the charges place caused 33.50 in overdraft fees. This was previously discussed and agreed upon. I fixed the problem already but I would've enjoyed not wasting more money on an obviously negligent company. As it stands I still expect to be repaid for the erroneous fees and do not accept their response.
We see that this community member has revoked authorization and ceased use of the app. We regret that we could not come to a sufficient resolution regarding this matter.
Love the service they provide! Every issue I've ever had, their customer service has answered quickly and always solved my problem in an extremely efficient and professional manner. Earnin customer service is second to none!

My goodness! Lovely was just as her name describes, absolutely LOVELY! Earnin has really helped me out in some tough binds and Lovely, one of their customer service reps, was able to fix another bind for me today in minutes through chat! She seemed very interested in assisting me and took care of my issue in minutes! Great Customer Service every time I've dealt with Earnin. Definitely needs to be recognized. It's much appreciated!

I made a complaint before but the issue was resolved but now I'm complaining about them not tracking my earnings and taking my earnings.
This company is not trustworthy; I filed a complaint before but that issue was resolved but now I'm filing another complaint because of what is going on. My earnings not being tracked when I'm at work (at Home Depot) and when leaving the location no updates on my earnings my account, My pay rate is $11 and they tell me my pay rate is $6 and I have proof showing it's $11. I had over $656 in my earnin account and it was taken away from me. And now the account is in positive standing I should be able to see the rest of my earnings but no they took my money and I'm very upset with this company!
Any time I contact someone through the app no one is answering my question they keep repeating the same thing over and over and I keep asking them repeatedly where is the $656; they can't answer that. I want my money because I'm just fed up with this company.
We hear your concern and certainly understand where there may be an opportunity for us to further explain this matter and hope that we can come to a resolution on this. Your earnings within the account takes a look at current pay period. We are currently working with an 8/19-8/27 pay period. We calculate the earnings based off of your GPS location (and/or timesheets, if submitted). It appears as though we are getting that information to update your earnings with. The $656 available earnings were from a previous pay cycle, so you would not see that tallied up within the app at this point. You'll currently only see earnings that fall between the 19th and 27th.
Beyond that, the rate that we determine your earnings off of comes from looking at your most recent direct deposits and calculating that against a bi-weekly (in your case) payroll setup. Therefore, if you were to, for example take a direct deposit of $500 and divide that over 80 hours, you'd receive a $6.25 hourly rate. This removes any of the taxes and deductions and just looks at your net pay/hours worked in a pay period.

Falsely advertised promotional signup bonus. Not delivered, and will not be delivered.
A friend of mine recently told me about this app and explained how it worked. She referred me through her account. The company advertises a bonus for both parties to sign up through a referral. The referring account gets a gift to shake, earning between $4 to $14 or something to that effect. The referred new client gets $20. They even have the button to refer someone listed as "Send $20" and give you an invite code to send to them. The person using the code then signs up through that link, and receives the bonus. However, my friend's account hasn't had any deposits made in a few months. This means that Earnin considers the account "inactive". The issue is that she can still access the account and still send out these referrals. However, the company refuses to give out the bonuses for an "inactive" account. This means that I am denied the sign on bonus I was promised through their links and promotions. She was denied the bonus she was promised for advertising and recruiting new members to their app. This is completely opportunistic and deceitful. I want nothing more than the rewards promised to me and for my friend. If they want to consider an account inactive, that's fine, but those accounts should not be able to send out referrals offering promises that the company is unwilling to honor. In my case, I was promised a reward by the company. They have refused to honor it. I reached out to their customer service team, to discuss the matter, but they are unwilling or unable to help. Thus, I am here.
I want the business to honor the promise of the bonus to my account, as well as the account of my friend. If they do not intend to make that a common practice, I want them to make that clear, as well as what constitutes an active versus inactive account, as well as disabling "inactive" accounts from sending referrals.

I contacted them one time to update my payroll info and My representative was very helpful and answered my question. I can be kind of long winded and annoying but she was great.
