My bank account was over draft twice because earnin took to withdrawal out of my account before my check deposited.
$70 was the the outcome of two over draft fees due to earnin taking the money out of my account before my check was deposited. ($35 for each overdraft.)

It's been resolved.
The company is deceptive. My paydays are every Thursday, yet Earnin set my paydays as biweekly,Then accrued my earnings earnings for a month.
The company set debits to come out of my account on days opposite of my paydays, and then accrued my earnings for a month and wanted it all back. They are deceptive and don't offer any solution until you chat for 4+ hours and even then they can only push the whole amount back. No compassion and super sketchy. Offered to cover fees when they overdraft my account...
I feel due to the money accruing due to an error on the company side, they should waive the amount.

Company states they cannot provide me the services they offer because there system does not recognize my direct deposits. Last week it was able to!
After signing up for their services I was able to cash out just fine then after they got their money back plus the tip they claim that I'm able to cash out again but when I go to do that I ran into several issues and now they tell me that I can't do it because their system doesn't recognize my direct deposits when just the week before it was able to no problem, so now I'm in a bind because I was under the impression that I was going to be able to cash out again. had I known there was going to be an issue I would have never used their services.
Since I have provided all my banking information and personal information please resolve the issue so I can receive the services you claim to offer
The community member has deleted their bank account information and ceased use of the app. We see that the app has been uninstalled and the last date of use was 1/20/18.
Company attempted to steal money from my bank account. I provided evidence, was spoken down to for hours by staff and then told the exact same info
Earin attempted to debit an ammount that I never cashed out. They continue to attempt to steal the funds despite being told they no longer have permission to access my bank account. They continue to state the same wrong information repeatedly, blame the bank and state the still intend to steal the funds.
Rimmediatly remove my bank information and cease andesist the attempted theft of funds
We have no record of this CM via this email in our system. Will need the email address used for their Earnin account before we can proceed with further investigation.

Took debit early causing overdraft and lots of overdraft fees
Was rudely awoken by a negative bank account balance. Saw that Earnin's debit was the culprit. Contacted their customer support and spoke to a representative whose name was *** (yes like the fruit). I explained the situation and was told that I would have to wait until my paycheck actually hits (tomorrow) before they can try and do anything.
I tried to explain that if I let my account sit negative all day, I will get hit with 4 overdraft fees at $36 a pop, plus my power is due tomorrow. Guess what can't get paid if my account is in the negative? I again tried to explain this to the CSR but to no avail. I have been an Earnin customer for over a year and haven't had any issues until recently. This is the second time they have caused my account to go negative with no resolution in sight.
My money refunded for the debit plus the 4 overdraft fees if they are indeed taken out. Also gonna need that reconnect fee for my power if it gets cut off due to this mishap and lack of willingness to right this wrong before more catastrophe strikes.

We would like to look into this issue further but have no history of you contacting our support team to resolve your issue. Please know that provided the correct documentation, over draft fees can be returned if they were indeed incurred from Earnin's debits. We hope we can make this right on our end. Thank you.
Customer service is garbage!
Customer service is garbage you get no where with these people you just get the run around and *** for days. I had an issue where it's for some reason not tracking me at work it did this once before and I sent my timesheet which is a paper timesheet to them and the person corrected it no problem this time I'm told they cannot use my timesheet they said the system is working but yet I'm missing hours on there days actually but I send them my timesheet and they cannot use it nope she tries to tell me they never use it *** because someone else did and fixed it it was *** magic the lady manually entered it in to correct the issue for me but now they cant

Based on your previous chat history, we see that none of our community advocates have added hours from paper time sheets to your account, as that is firmly against company policy. We also know you were running into issues with our Automagic Earnings feature. Based on your current account status, we see that this issue is corrected and is now working properly.
Asked for a refund. Was told due to app restrictions they couldn't help me.
I had $101 taken out of my account. I contacted to app regarding a refund due to me starting college and asked if could pay at a later date. They told Me due to app restrictions they wouldn't be able to refund me. I recently just started college and that debit left me with 80 cents. I want to know how I can get a refund until I'm able to make a payment.

Unfortunately, the community member's debits were already processed and sent to the bank when she requested a reschedule for her debit. We can reschedule debits, however, we do need a minimum of two days notice in order to process a reschedule request. The community member was advised by our community advocate to contact her bank if she wishes to cancel the transaction.
Overdrafted my account even after I spoke with two separate representatives.
On 9/5 I messaged in to speak with a CSR letting them know that my bank account had been compromised and I was closing my checking account. I asked if there was anyway to postpone the debit day in my account to another day because my Direct Deposit would be coming as a physical check that I'd have to deposit. Two separate representatives let me know they couldn't change the day (even though on your FAQ's it says you CAN) that's false advertisement. They both told me since my direct deposit wouldn't be in the account, that the debits would just fail and to put in the new checking information. I was weary and sure enough here is 9/6 and they not only debited my account but they also incurred all these overdraft fees to my account. When I spoke with a CSR they weren't helpful at all and said they'd need to contact a specialist to assist me. This is sad because the real issue here is now I'm unable to close the COMPROMISED checking account because they have overdrafted it $480.99. This is no small problem, and one that could've been easily avoided if they would just do what their terms and conditions state. If the funds weren't in my account and I let you guys know ahead of time my account is compromised why would you still go ahead and charge this fraud account? Ridiculous.
I just want a refund of the charges AND the major overdraft fees you incurred by pulling and debiting a compromised account.
Our community advocates were correct in their explanation of why Earnin was unable to reschedule the debits. Due to ACH transactions, Earnin needs to be notified two banking days before the debits are due to for any sort of rescheduling.
Our community advocate was able to issue a refund on 09/12/19 of $174 for the overdraft fees that occurred. If the community member would like to use Earnin again, we advise connecting the new checking account to the Earnin app to cash out and use our other financial tools.

I see, they are still deducting cash from my account two months later from a job I haven't even worked for in two months since I switch to another company. I don't even knowww they are deducting money from paychecks I'm no longer receiving from that company. This is ridiculous I was not expecting a random $90 to be missing from my account, this is now causing it to overdraft. I reached out to the company via their imaginary support/email system twice within the past week and have heard absolutely nothing. I'm not sure if this app is some sort of scam but I see it doesn't have the best reviews and regret using it. My concern is that they're are going to just keep doing this and taking funds from me for no reason and I can't figure out how to contact Anyone or delete my account. They have way to much of my information, I don't feel comfortable with them having or trust anymore.Biggest regret! I would aslo appreciate a refund.
Refund / confirmation account has been deleted
Upon checking, the community member cashed out $90 on 7/4/19. Earnin attempted to debit this amount back on 08/23/2019 but the debit failed due to insufficient funds. Because the the debit was unsuccessful, another attempt was made. The transactions the community member saw were merely debit attempts and no money was taken out. The community member has since revoked authorization of their account.
Reimbursement of overdraft fees for $210.00
I borrowed $50.00 from Earnin (mobile app) the $50.00 was suppose to debit from account on 8/29/19. I contacted Earnin and arrange the debit to be rescheduled to 9/12/2019 my next payday because I was already overdraft in my account. Earnin still charged my account after numerous of times after I told them not to and accumulated 6 overdraft fees fees of $35.00 with is $210.00 worth. They will not reimburse me when it was their system error and refuse to give me any contact information

I told the chat support agent that I am not the one who made the transaction like linking my bank and taking the $100 advance my phone was misplaced so whoever found my phone is the one who did the transaction so I feel like I shouldn't have to pay for the money so is there any way I can get a refund

Earnin is unable to refund Cash Outs made on a community member's device as we cannot verify the CM was not the one to Cash Out with Earnin. We suggest a few security steps to prevent an issue in the future:
Change your Earnin password
Enable a 4-number pin code on the Earnin app
Enable fingerprint ID for Earnin

Did not stick to pay schedule, lost me money, and when I wanted it recitified told me I could no longer be a customer.
This is a app that will let you take money out of your paycheck early. I had been using it for months and only had one hiccup. My payday is Friday's but sometimes my direct deposit goes in on Wednesday. I explained to them that my payday is Friday so they set my cash out schedules for Friday no problem. Later they took money out before my pay date, overdrafted my account and got me $120 in overdraft fees but hitting my account multiple times before my payday. When I wrote in to customer service I was told they would do nothing to cover the overdraft fees, I could not longer be a customer because my paycheck date and my deposit date didn't match (even though I had previously explained this and it wasn't a problem) and I asked how to cancel my account and the woman said she would not cancel because I owed $100 even though this cost me $120. And now I'll have to explain why my bank account has been overdrawn.

Alvin answered my question within mere moments, gave me instructions that would allow me to have my card verified sooner, and within 10 minutes my card was verified and my first cash out appeared in my account. I work for a company that prices themselves in delivering the best possible customer service, and I believe in that standard everyday as I interact with my guests.It is rewarding when their experience with me exceeds their expectations, and they vocalize their gratitude.How refreshing to feel that same way, but as a customer! Earnin deducted double our agreed amount on my payday. I am now $100 short for my important medications.
This happened Aug 30th. The amount taken was $206. My fully name on account is ***. The bank account is through ***. My phone number linked to the account is XXXXXXXXXX.

Unfortunately, we do not have a record of this community member associated with this email address. We also have no record of this community member contacting our support team, nor do we see an account associated with his name.
In order to fully investigate this issue and come to a resolution, we will need the email address he used to set up his Earnin account.
These guys charged me before my schedule payment date
I thought this was a good app until I seen I've been charged twice before my schedule payments as well as paying the first time payment im sure they'll charge me again coming up on 9/5/19 I would just like a refund of the double charges as well as my overdraft fee they cost me

We see that this community member was not charged unnecessarily. The community member rescheduled their debit from 8/23/19 for 8/29/2019. The debit attempt for 8/23/19 was not successful due to the reschedule. The transaction from 8/23/19 was merely a debit attempt and no money was debited from the community member's account.

Earning is a phenomenal app, And their customer support really reinforced my views.
