I have been with Earnin for the past six moths or so and they have been great. I lost my jb recently and battling health issue they were willing to work with me. The representive was so empathetic with my issues and was able to come to a resolution without any hassles. They did not force you to come up with money I did not have. I truly appreciate their sincerity, empathy and business.

Charged my account 2 days early resulting in 5 overdraft charges and their response was "take it up with your bank"
I was due to have a debit from my account on the 30th of September. Imagine my surprise when I wake up on the morning of the 28th and check my account and realize that not only have they charged me using a DIFFERENT pay name after I put a stop payment (because of past problems) through my bank on the original Earnin Activehours pay name. First off, that's illegal. When someone puts a stop payment and you continue to charge them using different information to bypass the stop payment, that's unauthorized. I call my bank and they were shocked to see the boldness of this company realizing there was a stop payment and deciding to bypass it. Then there's the fact that I agreed and authorized them to take money out of my account on the 30th. NOT the 28th. That's breach of contract. It's not what I agreed to and when you take money out of someone's account on any day other than the day they agreed to allow you to, that's also unauthorized. I contacted Earnin and they tried to tell me that it's my bank's fault because they "posted it early". I've never had this problem before with any other company other than Earnin. I called my bank and explained what Earnin told me about the early charge being "their fault" and they assured me it wasn't. Earnin charged me early plain and simple. I've noticed this has been a common occurrence and I'm tired of the constant issues and shadiness with this company. I have issues ANOTHER stop payment on the new Earnin pay name/code that charged my account and reversed these unauthorized charges. I will continue to dispute any and all other charges from Earnin as per my bank's recommendation and eventually close the account. Remember, Federal law provides certain protections for recurring automatic debit payments. You have the right to stop a company from taking automatic payments from your account, even if you previously allowed them. Do not let this company continue to do whatever they want in regards to your bank account. There is NO phone number you can call to discuss issues with your bank account, only chat through the app. I should have known that was fishy. Earnin will not get another opportunity to make another unauthorized charge on my account. I have racked up 4 $35 NSF fees because of this nonsense. And no accountability on Earnin's part whatsoever. Beware. Be careful who you give access to your account.
I would like a refund of the NSF charges. Take some responsibility.

Had to change bank accounts, told Earnin my bank account was changing and they charged wrong account.
I had to change my bank accounts and told Earnin what was happening. I set up my new bank account for the app to debit $325 that I owed them. On 9/23/2019 they debited the $325 I owed them, but from my old bank account that was not listed on the app anymore. I asked for help paying the overdraft fees of $144 that they caused and I could transfer the money of $325 from my new bank to my old bank to fix it. They said a specialist had to contact me and to close the chat so that the specialist could contact me. It has been almost a day and nobody has contacted me and my bank is charging overdraft fees of $36 per transaction daily, and earnin took the $325 back in 4 different debits.
I would like them to pay the $144 overdraft fees and that fees that will incur while they are not fixing the issue.
This has been resolved. After taking a look at the account and previous chat history, it appears that this community member was issued a credit for $144 on September 26th.
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
