Debiting my account too early
I have tried to resolve my issue with Earnin 2 previous times and after today, I'm just tired of it. I contacted them to request that they debit my account the day after I get paid because my direct deposit does not come to my account to late in the evening causing my account to be in the negative. Now per their FAQs, it states that they can debit your account the day after pay day because some ppl do not receive their direct deposit till late in the evening. I sent a screen shot to the person I was chatting with and she seriously gave me a headache because she continued to say that what I was requesting could not be done. And I kept telling her that per the FAQs it can be done. We honestly went back in forth for an entire hour because she continued to either go off topic or pretend like she was not understanding what I was trying to say to her. Earnin really needs to do a better job with their customer service. I'm not sure if I'm chatting with an actual person or a bot because the answers seem so calculated. I'm asking for a simple request and It has yet to be resolved. They don't even follow up with you. I'm just wondering how they keep a record of each individuals complaint. I asked the CSR will she be providing me with a claim or case# and she responded with this long message saying that they cant do anything and will not be changing the day they debit my account even though on their FAQ's it states that they can. They are liars and they are providing their customers with false information

We have gone ahead and corrected your payroll setup so now you will no longer be debited early morning on Wednesday, but rather on early morning Thursdays, since your payroll posts later in the day on Wednesdays.

Hannah Mae was awesome and super super helpful with my issue. She's probably the best chat rep I've had the pleasure of working with through Earnin! I had issues with debits in my account and she made sure to adjust the date so the debits would come out when needed.

Rosemarie and all the other staff involved with my particular case did a wonderful job of staying in contact with me the entire time since first complaint to resolution. I really appreciate the fact that Rosemarie kept checking in with me and telling me the different stages of my case, particularly all the necessary processes in order to complete the application process. So far I've had no problems with this service. I admit the details weren't that clear but I was able to get my questions answered by customer service with no issues. All of my questions were answered fast and fully. I've used the cash out feature twice so far and I'm happy with the way the app runs.
