We are grateful for the candid feedback we have receivedWe take all comments from our members seriously and look at them as an opportunity to improve with the intent to exceed our members’ expectations First, we have retrained all of our employees working in that department in identifying and immediately removing produce that does not meet our standardsWe have taught them about spoilage in produce, specifically, how not removing produce that has spoiled produces gas that can cause the produce around it to ripen quicker, thus diminishing the shelf life and the quality of product our members expect Second, we will continue to be vigilant in our efforts to control the temperature of those items sensitive to heat to ensure that our members receive only the highest quality merchandiseWe are committed to, and have retrained our employees on not allowing more than a half-day supply on the sales floor any item that may be sensitive to changes in temperature Again, we appreciate the feedback regarding our produce department and feel that the changes will better serve our members in the future

They declined troubleshooting and advised they would call back if needed and were provided the case number We would be more then happy to assist member if she chooses to work with Concierge to set up diagnostics and/or repair, they can call our toll free # 1-866-861-We apologize the warehouse and Costco Concierge Service's experience was not to her expectations as they were following company policy I hope this response has satisfactorily addressed the Revdex.com’s concernsThank you again for your inquiry and for providing the opportunity to respondIf you have any additional questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me

The member ordered this item on 12/8/and requested the option to have the item delivered to the local warehouse for pickupThe item shipped [redacted] Next Day Air on 12/8/and arrived at the Fremont warehouse location on 12/11/at 10:am( [redacted] Tracking # [redacted] )The Member was notified that the item had arrived at the warehouse and was available for pick upThe Member never picked up the ring and disputed the charge with her Credit Card company on 12/18/Costco verified the merchandise was not picked up and issued a sales reversal and credit to the member on 12/21/17, issuing the funds back to the [redacted] used on the purchaseThis entire transaction from charge to credit occurred within the same billing cycle lasting days totalNo finance charges would have occurred and the claim that Costco held this member's money for months is inaccurate

Dear Ms***, I apologize for the inconvenience experienced thus far regarding your membership and 2% rewardAfter researching, it appears your husband was added to a membership as the household (secondary) member on 4/29/at the North Miami warehouseIt is not clear how the error occurred because to be added to a membership the request must be made by the primary memberThe membership fees and executive fees were paid by the primary member the same day your husband was addedTerms and conditions of our executive membership state that the 2% reward will be addressed and mailed to the primary memberYour husbands address was never on file in the membershipThe address was never changed from what the primary provided at the time of sign upUnfortunately your husband was not entitled to the rewardWith that being said, it seems your husband meant to open his own executive membership that dayI can confirm his shopping contributed $to the total $rewardI will have a Costco cash card created at the Pentagon City warehouse for $for him or yourself to pick up at the membership desk Sincerely, Jared H [redacted] Card Services Manager Costco Wholesale

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
I received a call from the Mark, store manager of Costco in Winston Salem, on Sep.6, at 6:pm. After speaking with him and explaining my problem,
he assured me that he would get in contact with Costco.com to resolve the issue of the bait and switch and send me the correct brand of tires that were purchased (*** T/A advantage sport), as advertised with the included $off *see attachments. At 6:pm, I received a second call from Mark to inform me that he had contacted the shipping department at Costco.com and the tires that were ordered and that were being shipped were indeed *** tires, not *** tires and that they would be received the next day with the $20 difference credited back to the credit card. He said that he would call my dad when the tires arrived so that he could schedule the installation. After waiting a day and receiving no phone call, I called Mark back myself to inquire about the status of the tires. After a couple of phone calls back and forth, I finally got a hold of Mark who told me that my tires had arrived and my dad could call the tire department to schedule installation. On Friday, September at around 5:pm I took the car up to Costco in Winston Salem to have the tires installed. To my surprise, when I came to retrieve the car the tires that were advertised, ordered, and promised were not on the car, but *** tires had been installed. If Costco has no intention on delivering the tires that were advertised and ordered, I am requesting that they replace the *** tires with a set of *** tires compatible with a Honda Civic LX coupe at no extra charge.Sincerely,*** ***

Apparently my complaint #*** was closed today because I only had calendar days to respond. I want it on record that while the company resolved the issue only part of my complaint was addressed. I asked for a Costco manager to CALL me to speak with me about this issue and they did not. Please change the status of the resolution of my complain let accordingly since I am no longer able to do so in the system

Thank you for your inquiry regarding this matterOur adjuster at Gallagher B*** investigated this claim on Costco's behalf. Ms*** was contacted and she stated she believes that she bit into a foreign object in the dough however, there is no evidence that there was a foreign object in the dough. Given that she had a prior filling in the tooth, it could have simply been a matter of the tooth failing as she bit into the doughAlthough, we are sorry to hear of this issue with her tooth, we recommend that she submit her claim to her dental carrier for coverage under her dental plan

I have reviewed the concerns of member (*** ***) and was able to seek assistance from Citi Visa to remove the "Late Fee" ($4.96) and to give the member a statement credit of $as requested by member for compensation. Member's compensation amount will post as a statement
credit within hours on her Citi card
