Per Disney Cruise Line the deposit of $was made onboard a previous sailing by [redacted] and [redacted] The payment was made on May 28th (not November 3rd 2016) at 5:29pm while [redacted] , [redacted] and two children were sailing on the Disney Dream May 25th through 29th On May 29th the reservation was merged into our system under [redacted] ’s membershipEach member has their own individual membership number even if they are under the same account as a spouse or house hold memberOnce under ***’s membership number, it is our policy that only the member whose number the booking is under is able to make changes without expressed permission [redacted] was advised of this policy on January 8th when [redacted] called our office to change the sail date of this tripOn this call a Costco Travel representative called [redacted] who gave permission for this change to be made On November 7th 2016, [redacted] did make changes to the sail date and the guests travelingAs they are now separated [redacted] created a new membership, no longer linked to [redacted] ’s in any wayThe reservation was moved to his updated membership at his requestOn November 16th 2016, [redacted] removed [redacted] from her primary membership and asked to have the reservation now moved to her accountThis request was denied as [redacted] has an active membership which this reservation is listed under On November 9th of 2016, Costco Travel Supervisor Sylvana did advise [redacted] she could be refunded for the deposit amount, since we were trying everything in our power to resolve the situation , however after further research and realizing the complexity of the situation, [redacted] did not agree to cancel this reservation which if he agreed would have generated a refund to the credit card on fileThroughout the process it was the stance of Costco Travel that this matter be handled through the proper channels of [redacted] and [redacted] ’s legal divorce counsel, as per our policies we would not be able to honor her request for a refund or cancellation of the reservation, since the booking was made under ***’s membership number [redacted] denied disputing the charge due to the fact that that credit card account is now closed [redacted] and [redacted] did not address why this was not being handled between their legal teams other than that they were not speaking Throughout the process, differing information is being provided by both [redacted] and [redacted] Costco Travel’s standpoint is based on the reservation being legitimately made by both [redacted] and [redacted] on May 28th 2015, under ***’s membership number
I just attempted to call the CM after confirming that we are not holding anything from her available credit line but she stated she didn’t want to speak to me or ever do business with Costco/Citi ever again and disconnected the call before I could get another word in. I’ve got this one logged in the... tracker and marked as resolved.

Costco apologizes for the misunderstanding Costco will honor all stated warranties on the tires purchased even if the tires were installed by the Member
Thank you for the opportunity to research this complaint We spoke to the member and apologized for the issue We have reached out to the supplier and they in turn are researching the matter with the local delivery agent to ensure that our shipments receive a two man delivery and that this does not happen in the future We appreciate the member bringing this to our attention and sincerely apologize for our failure The member was given a $cash card and our toll free number She indicated that she would notify us in the future as she is considering re-ordering this item

Costco stands by it's original statement
Mr [redacted] cancelled his reservation and unfortunately, per the vendor policies, [redacted] charges a mandatory $300per person cancel penalty and the Rail from London to Edinburgh was 100% non-refundableThis was explained to Mrand Mrs [redacted] prior to their final decision to cancelWhile we understand Mr [redacted] ’s displeasure for these lost funds, these are not penalties to which Costco Travel can chose to levy or not levyThey are imposed by the vendorWe suggested that they inquire with [redacted] ***, if they had purchased Travel insurance, as their purpose for cancellation may have been a covered reason With regard to the [redacted] Tours Credit, according to our records a Supervisor is still engaged in communication with [redacted] Tours and working towards a resolutionThe last date of contact to Mr [redacted] regarding the credit reimbursement was Thursday 4/28, to which a voice message was left advising we were waiting on further feedback from [redacted] Tours and once received we would contact him with an update
We apologize for any misleading or incorrect information you received regarding the executive membershipUpon sign up you should have been advised your first years reward would only be for roughly months of shopping due to when the rewards are issued in respect to your expiration dateWe send the rewards out with the renewal notice months prior to your expiration month to allow an ample amount of time to use the reward towards renewal or purchasesYou continue to accumulate 2% on all eligible purchases towards next years rewardIf you decide not to renew as executive, the balance reward will be paid out automatically after your expiration date of 12/31/You are not losing any 2% earnedAlso, the reward received for $can be cashed out at the membership desk, no problemThe 2% earned from your shops from Oct though Dec will accrue towards your reward that will be issued 10/1/Lastly, if you are not satisfied with the executive membership you can request a refund your $executive feeIf you request the refund after using the reward for $then your refund amount will be $If you have any questions please request to speak with the membership manager at your local warehouse

I very much appreciate that you have started looking into this issue and I hope to hear about a positive outcome very soon. Please have in mind that we have not been able to talk to Royal Caribbean directly and Costco Travel has been our only point of contact. Costco Travel promised us a full refund and we expect Costco Travel to resolve the issue and provide us with the refund regardless of what Royal Caribbean's response, otherwise Costco Travel agent should not have promised us 100% refund.
