Costco has contacted the Member to discussed the claim but has not received a return call

I sincerely apologize for the errors committed resulting in you being added to Mr***'s membershipYou are correct that addresses must be verified when any membership maintenance is performedOur policy is individuals that share a membership must share the same addressClearly
this policy was not followedI was able to determine who committed the error and have provided the necessary feed back to the management team at the Christiana (Newark) warehouseI have also specifically addressed the fact that you were hung up onI have a composed a letter confirming you have been removed from the membership and am sending it to youIncluded will be a screen capture of your name with the assigned membership numberAlso will be a screen shot of a window in the membership that shows your membership number being disabledI will send the letter to the *** *** *** *** addressThank you for bringing this issue to our attention and I apologize for the inconvenience.

I spoke with Mr*** and he said that we had in fact already offered to get the hub covers for him (they are currently on order) and given him the name of a company in town that can take care of the scratches and that we had agreed to reimburse for the cost of that as well. He said
that he would be getting back in touch with the Revdex.com to let them know

We thoroughly investigated Mr***'s claim that damage to his vehicle was caused by one of our employees pushing a row of shopping cartsThere was no damage present on his car that was consistent with this allegation. The claim was rightfully denied based on the evidence presented

incidentHe never said sorry for oncehe stated that the corporate office has decided and passed down to him to terminate our club membership due to I was rude and theatening the safety of their employees and customersCostco did refund our costs by check I am still waiting for the checks.
