I am rejecting this response because:we have buckled areas in the same room where moisture is not an issue. Our insurance agent said the installer should have checked for moisture before putting down the floorThe contractor who installed the patio door checked, and there are no leaks. A Pergo laminate has been down on our kitchen floor for ten years with no buckling Costco is not fulfilling its responsibility concerning this matter.

A new cash card has been loaded with the funds at warehouse #and the member or her husband will be picking it up today
On Fri, Sep 16, at 11:AM:A Costco.com Manager has attempted to contact the Costco Wholesale Member, *** ***, via email and phone. Given the issues with the initial report of damage and installation issues, $compensation was already offered and accepted by Mr***.
This credit was processed on 8/31/16. We will also be providing a full credit (as previously committed) for the purchase of the warranty. This will result in an additional $credit
Costco.com Manager will continue to attempt to make contact with Mr*** today to discuss outcome
On Fri, Sep 16, at 2:PM:I've spoken with the Member and he is completely satisfied with this outcome
I just left a voicemail for the member letting him know that once he can provide me with his credit card number I will be happy to process the refundI left my direct line with the option to leave the number in case he gets my voicemail
Just got word from our provider that this member received their delivery on 7/

Costco Travel has spoken to Mr*** advising that he will receive a full refund for both of his reservationsOur member was happy with this outcome

This computer is brand new and under warranty Why would Costo lie and state it is not under warranty?
My mother is years old and disabled Costco is well aware of this
My mother had to wait over days for Costco and HP to address the computer problems Costco is well aware that my mother is legally blind,lives alone and her only phone is via her computer Without a working computer, she cannot call in emergencies
Costco has not addressed these defective computer problems for over months I hardly find this accomodating and proper customer service Especially for and elderly and disabled person who cannot fend for herself

I am rejecting this response because:I never received a phone call in regards to thisI can be reached at I'm not sure who they talked to, but it sure wasn't me
Costco again will help the member with their flooring needs but this is a second story area in front of a sliding door to the outside of the home. Moisture tests are done on sub flooring ground level not on second story areas. Member will still need to fix the moisture issues. Costco suggests that they hire a outside company ie leak detectors as an example to inspect the affected areas. We cannot assist until the areas are clear of moisture

Complaint: ***We did of course contact the bank immediately, weeks ago Opening a Revdex.com complaint was only considered after we felt we had exhausted other options including working with the bank directly for weeks
However, this morning we spoke with Costco and were able to resolve this

Costco will be looking into the Amex rewards amount outstanding and will work with Citi/Amex for a resolution. Costco will follow up with the member
