I brought a desktop pc on 08/08/from walmart while on vacationi lost the receipt somewhere along the waywhen I got home and hook everything up the pc would not work properly .I spent about hours working with tech support but still could not fix iiI had to mail it off for repair and when it finally came back the front was damagedwhile I was doing all of this I was trying to get my warranty updated to the correct year warrantywas told I need to get a receipt from the store to update warrantyI contacted the store and they mailed me a receipt that is store on their pc( they can't print the original again.) I ordered a product off of their website, it was confirmed and went through their system I received a shipment notice and waited for it to be delivered I checked the tracking information and was noted on the day of delivery it was intercepted and shipped to a different address without my consent I called [redacted] (courier) and was notified that a return to sender was issued My package was essentially stolen and no notice of refund or cancellation was given It is now two business days after it being received on their end and still no notice of resolution I emailed them for a resolution and no return emails were sent The status of my order on their website states no foul play on their end and still states that I will be receiving my package, even though it has been rerouted and essentially stolen by them This is a breach of contract on their end and they even break their own Terms of service: "ShippingProduct title passes to you when the Product is shippedYou have

I have ordered a product on 12/8/ It has never been delivered I emailed them several times Apparently, the product has been on back-order..even tho the website says it is available for delivery and they are still taking orders for the same product After a long wait, Dell calls me and says they are wanting more money! I had placed an order via dell.com for "WD Blue PC SSD WDS250G1B0A - Solid state drive - GB - internal - 2.5-inch - SATA 6Gb/s" The price point advertised on the website was USD as shown on the web page and as well as the order confirmation email that was receivedI had placed two separate orders for each (totaling 10) and both orders were terminated/cancelled due to a "pricing error." For the previous years I have received 3-phone calls a day from various individuals who claim to be employees of Dell about a computer that I purchased years agoI have explained over times that I do not have this computer anymore and they hang up Other times I have asked to speak to a supervisor and then they hang up on me This is becoming harassing from the rude employees and I need these calls to stop Most recently I have been getting phone calls from ###-###-#### & ###-###-####

I ordered on Feb 17, an Inspiron 15, series laptop from Dell and have had nothing but problems with the computer since its arrivalIt arrived with problems and I immediately contacted Dell about the problemsTech Rep [redacted] , [redacted] , took over the computer on two separate occasions once for hour minutes and the second time for hour and minutesHe advised me he was unable to repair it and he would send a shipping box to send it to [redacted] for repairsI questioned him about replacing unit that arrived defective and he said they will repair itI sent this unit, service tag number [redacted] , out for repairs and received it back about days laterOn return shipping through FEDEX the laptop was damaged with a cracked case and a non functional DVD/CD driveI again contacted [redacted] and he said they would file a claim with FEDEX and that he would check with his supervisor about replacing the laptopI was contacted by Tech Support Manager [redacted] , [redacted]

Bought two Dell desktops recently and had to return both. The first one is Inspiron 3650. Working initially, but couldn't turn on after a few days. Afterwards it's on and off constantly. Brought to some professional place to check. Turned 3650's PSU is not powerful enough. I had to unplug both video card and optical drive for it to work. Returned it. After a few days, bought XPS 8900 from Costco. Couldn't turn on on day 1. The power button is flashing orange. Apparently also PSU issue. Waited in Costco's return line for 1 hour to have it returned. :( Conclusion, Dell is dead. No more dell desktop any more.

Horrible horrrible customer service and responsibility to their paying customers. Absolute joke. Customer service reps sp by 8 months trying to resolve an issue and then say “I’m out of the return window” I’m out of the return window because they spent 8 months trying to fix issue after issue with no results.

I purchased a Dell XPS laptop for my year old son on May 31, In addition, I also purchased a two year Dell Service Agreement Unfortunately, there were problems with this computer right from the start Without going into all the detail, the biggest one was the machine overheating I have sent in this computer now three times and it still is not fixed This last overheating actually was so hot, it caused red marks on my son's back even though it was through his backpack! This is now a safety issue

First I got a Dell Laptop from my sister for ChristmasThe Laptop was giving me problems right awayIt was slow, wouldn't download the necessary programsThen frozeI reset it and it got stuck in a horrible reboot loopCould not get past the Dell logo screenSo the next day when customer service opened I called themI was on the phone almost all dayThey talked me into borrowing a laptop and spending $on a flash drive to use to fix my laptopIt didn't workThey wanted me to do all these other things as well, I was frustratedThe next day I called my sister and told herSo she called, they harrassed her until she got them to take the thing backAll we wanted was to return it and they gave us trouble even though there the ones who sold us a faulty laptopThey did not let us return it so to speakThey made us send it back and credited my sisters account and we had to reorder the laptopThey are taking there good old time because its more than three weeks later and still no latopThey did not try to give us any type of priority or faster shipment to fix their mistakeI will never buy a Dell product everThey have terrible customer service and a horrible shipping department

Dell has very poor customer support that is outsourcedI waited hours on a chat line about an order that I placed, that then did not answer my questions, and placed a second order, leaving me with two orders and not knowing where the payment actually came fromI called support three times and was transferred each time because that person couldn't help me, but they just put me right back to the same number, and I had to start over each timeI never did get a person that could tell me what I needed to knowI now will have to cancel each transaction and hope that they do not send out those orders and leave me with two computers
