I was trying to consolidate gift cards togetherThe rep gave me an invalids reference numberAfter week later, I found out my gift cards became invalidI called them, one rep told me that I need to provide my driver licenses to verify my identityOne more week later, I called them again and again, their reps told me that my reference number were not valid and they can not find my record of consolidating gift card, which worth about I have been calling them for hours, they are transferring me to different departments, and told me that there is nothing they can do

I ordered a desktop from Dell on July 5th, with order number [redacted] They promised to issue a student's gift card worth $At first one representative told me they would issue it after days after the invoice date (07/18/2018)However, after this date I contacted them again, and they said instead they would issue it days after the delivery date (the delivery started from July 18th and ended on July 24th)However today is August 31st and the issuance of gift card never happenedI contacted the customer service for multiple times, and they always told me that they had escalated the request to their gift card department and would update me as soon as possibleHowever, it just didn't work at allNow the customer service just didn't reply to me any moreI think it's very dishonest and disrespectful

I purchased a new Dell laptop the between Thanksgiving and Christmas The laptop keeps telling me I am not using the right AC adapter, it is "plugged in not charging" I have spent hours trying to get some resolution from Dell customer support in India, during this time I have been hung up on and insulted I finally talked to someone who said I could send the computer in, I reminded them I paid for the premium service plan and they should come to me to fix it, he said I was right He said the agent would call me to set a time to fix my computer My next coorespondance was to tell me the parts needed were backordered, there was no date given that the parts would be available I have again tried to talk to someone from Dell, with no luck If they can't fix my less than month old computer, I want them to take it back and refund my money so I can buy a computer that works I paid over $1,for the computer, I expect it to work
