Hello, I want to complain about dall company, posting information on website, they say new alienware laptop's video card is all with OC suffix, meaning that is overclocking video card, but, I bought it home and test ,I found there was no overclocking,.So I ask customer service then customer reply company does not support overclocking if customer overclocking will not be in warranty If you need complete dialogue records, I can provide themI conclude that customer service admits that newer laptops and older laptops are using identical video cardsBut they added a bit of OC behind the same video card to show customer ,but it is as same as the one without OC,they just added OC.I feel that is cheating customer .And they do not support overclock (OC) ,why they sell a general video card with OC end?

Dell.com sent me two TVs when I only ordered one (a double order)When I realized that I was not only double-charged but also that they were sending me two TVs, I called customer service (in India) to discuss Dell's errorThe first agent I spoke with was very niceShe said since it was their error, I should return the second TV for a full refundWhen I expressed the inconvenience of having to take off work, to store the second TV until UPS could pick it up, etc., she offered me a $credit "for the inconvenience." I made she the credit would be on the TV I was keeping--the one that was being delivered firstAnd she said yes Fast forward three weeks and about interactions with both chat support and phone support, and no $creditThere WAS a $credit given later (that I did receive) when I inquired about price-matching to a competitorThey would not match (a $600+ difference), but instead offered the very arbitrary $This is entirely separate from the $inconveni

The total amount on the site is $After adding a promotional code and including taxes and shipping, the total came out to $I paid and put my order inThis amount was taken out of my credit card and I received my confirmation emailOn 11/21/16, I received my dell package, but the package only had the stand inside the box It was missing the monitorsIt was only partial of what I orderedIt only came with the stand for the dual monitors but NO monitors themselvesI called and spoke to customer service with a representative and then even spoke to her supervisor and both were no help at allThey told me that the item was "out of stock" and just offered me a refundI do not want

I have a Dell laptop with only three programs on it: Microsoft Office, Firefox, and BitDefender The computer is running very slowly, and the DISK usage shows as 100%Needless to say, this should not be the case While the computer is out of warranty, I feel as though the customer service is very lackingThey were rude, unwilling to provide assistance, and kept trying to push a premium warranty of $They gave me no other options or at the very least, a link to somewhere that could help fix the issue Then, as I got bounced around customer service: [redacted] ***, ID [redacted]  told me there was nothing I could do and he could not help meHe also denied me when I said I wanted to file a complaint I was transferred to some automated line, where I was again denied the opportunity to lodge a complaint Finally transferred to global escalation teamSpeaking with [redacted] (ID [redacted] ), I was told that she was the furthest I could goThat, in fact, there is no on

I ordered 'Download Adobe Photoshop & Premiere Elements Student & Teacher Version" via Dell online chat on 9/1/This was the version of Adobe Photoshop recommended by the Dell Chat agentI could not register and use this product because Adobe requires proof you are a teacher or a student during thesoftware registration processA few Dell agents mentioned there should be a work around, there was notThis in itself seems odd, the work around I have been trying to get a refund ($84.79) since 9/1/I have tried phone and chat sessions and have yet to have this resolved Please help me obtain my LONG over due refundDue to Dells total lack of responsiveness I would prefer full refund of $credited back to my credit card The Dell order number was [redacted] Case number [redacted]

Dell intentionally didn't process payment so they can leverage a new sale without a discounted priceI purchased a Dell computer using several one-time use coupons on a valid payment method and the company stated that the payment failed without justificationI followed up the my payment courier (PayPal) and they stated their were no issues with the payment being sent and that Dell needed to process paymentAfter communicating this with Dell, no one seemed to know how to process the payment in their endAs of 12/they randomly canceled my order without notice making my original discounted purchase null and voidThey suggested resubmitting the order at full priceWhat occurred here is not only fraudulent but very dishonest to customersI've read several other similar complaintsLooks like a scammy tactic in order for them to recoup on sales loss

I had been in contact with Dell since the purchase of my laptop. They kept telling me the issues were with my internet provider. I changed internet providers and still had the issues. I finally got a "Dell Tech" to come into my computer and could see the issues happening and agreed it was a warranty issue. They sent me a shipping label and asked me to mail the computer to their center in Round Rock Texas which I did. The system would be repaired and returned within 10-12 business days. The Email came in "ETA in your address is Mon 8/22/2016 by 8:00 pm". It did not show. I followed the tracking number the following day and the remark was "Customer no longer in [redacted] , returned to Dell. Customer moved" I live in **, shipped the system from **, paid for it in **. NO ONE from DELL would answer my Emails or phone calls, in fact today I was told by [redacted] at 12:41EST that I did not exist in the DELL System either under name

I recently purchased Office to install on a computer I bought from Dell. It was delivered "virtually" and I have attempted to follow instructions to install it. However, the instructions I was given do not match with the procedures that arise as I follow prompts. I have accordingly found myself stuck. I filled out the lengthy required information required to send an email describing my problem and requesting help. I first received an email "thanking me for my purchase", but no other help. Next I received an email, again "thanking me for my purchase," but then it proceeded to give me the exact same instructions that I received at the time of my original purchase and which did not work. I have already been made to wait a week to utilize Office on my computer, and now I will likely wait much longer. I have received poor service from Dell before when I purchased a computer through them, and would not be purchasing from them again, but that I had credit with them in the form of a gift card.

In June I purchased a Dell Alienware 18" computer from Amazon for $ On 12/23/I called into Alienware tech support because my computer was freezing up No mouse or keyboard response and I had to hard power it down to get it back up It did this every time for an hour so I called Dell The Dell rep ran diagnostics and told me to do a Windows reset I followed his directions exactly and during the reset the PC said it could not reset the PC and wouldn't boot up I called back on 12/23/and spoke to a new rep and he said that the Operating system needed to be reinstalled He was going to send me a USB key with Windows on it to reinstall everything correctly On 12/27/I had heard nothing from Dell so I called in The person I spoke to at that time told me they were out of the keys and it could be up to weeks The next day I got an email and the key was shipped to me When I got it the next day I followed the instructions and the OS reinstall

I purchased a gift card from Dell about 6-years agoI used it several time since, the last time being around February leaving a balance of around $When I tried to use it late November of 2016, it stated that the card was invalidI contacted Dell about this on December 12, and to this date; the issue has not been resolved, even though I was told on multiple occasions that I would be issued a replacement gift card and have yet to receive a replacementEach time I spoke with Dell, they stated they needed a couple more days to issue the gift cardPlease help, Dell has been holding onto my money, in a form of a gift card and seeming unwilling to helpThey just make up excuses and stated they need more timeConsidering it has been more than a month I think I have given them enough time
