Unable to get them to resolve poor performance of my Dell inspironI have over saved emails with tech support, I've had troubleshooting calls with them as well as troubleshooting session on my own based on their instructionsThey have also missed other promised phone calls Each time, they seem to think that the problem is solved while the underlying symptoms persistI believe they are just 'running diwn the clock' waiting for my warranty to run out I realize that this is a difficult situation to troubleshoot but they have repeatedly rebuffed my request to let me send it back to them for a thorough investigationI have tried to make my request understood - perhaps it is a lack of clarity but that's no excuseI have - now twice - reset the machine to factory specs which means I had to rebuild and restore ALL the data and appsThey suggested I do that again but I think that is not reasonable
