The issue is with a monitorThey advertise that the monitor has a 165hz mode, but when in use, the 165hz causes the screen to flickerTheir tech support always offers a refurbished replacement, but they all have the same problemI've already received 2+ replacements and they all suffer the same problemThe 165hz mode is flawed in the Dell s2417dg monitor and requires you to use a menu "overclock" mode that makes the monitor unstable
