In May of 2015, I purchased an extended warranty for my Dell Alienware laptop In April of this year, I was contacted and advised my computer was almost out of warranty, and offered the chance to extend it
I explained to the agent on the phone I had already purchased an extended warranty, and the sales representative told me it was set up incorrectly and was running concurrently with my original warranty She advised me she could not fix the problem, so I paid for an additional warranty extension and contacted customer service
After nearly weeks of getting the run-around, Dell finally acknowledged the error under incident # ***, and promised me I would be credited for the original warranty I advised them I did not see this credit on my DFS account, and they advised me that it would take up to statement cycles to process
It has now been statement cycles, and this credit has yet to reflect on my DFS account Dell is also no longer responding to emailed inquiri

I recently purchased a Dell XPS with a free in TV bundleAdvertised on dell's website is a 10% discount for *** members, but after hours of configuring my laptop, and hour and a half on the phone reconfiguring after dell's website failed to load my saved cart, I was informed that my *** discount would not be applied to my purchase because I was already getting "such a good deal" with the free TVI feel mislead and upset that the customer service rep refused to do anything to help resolve this issueThe laptop without the TV was the same price even with my discount due to dell's inability to configure the same laptop without a TV bundleThe representative refused to add any of my other coupons and informed me that I "just needed to decide because that w as the bottom line." Dec17, after still not getting the rewards I emailed Dell now asking for a 5% refund, since it was too late to use the rewards for a holiday gift as I had intendedI only received an automated email that my email was received with a promise that someone will deal with it within business day

I contacted the customer service chat at 11:44:07am est on 3/27/and asked about order *** in reference to a tracking number as the item delivery date that was promised when ordered on 3/said the item would arrive 3/*** informed me that my order was placed on hold due to processing issues and to contact the order modification departmentI attempted to inquire more with no other answer and then my chat session was ended by that employeeI then contacted the department he had told me to and they said to me that prior to me cancelling the order there was no issue and the item was in stock and would not give me any further detail as to why it was placed on hold etcthis is the third time situations like this have happened to me personally regarding dell and their customer service

I purchased a Dell Computer and Monitor on 10/30/
I returned the monitor and was told that it had been received and was sent a credit note communicating a credit was applied to my credit card and gift cards were sent to me
No credit was applied to my card and no gift cards received
I escalated to a Customer Service Manager who did not resolve request and sent me to Dell credit card operationsThey never returned my call and would drop my call when contacting their department
I escalated through multiple other CS agents and the latest communicating she submitted my request again and said hrs for the credit and also 3-business days for gift card
again no credit received on card and no gift cards
I contacted my bank and spoke to different agents and confirmed no credits had been applied by dell
I confirmed a credit from a smaller retailer on something else did process successfully

In May I purchased two NEW Dell Printers for office use from the Dell Small Business Department When we received the printers we realized that they were not wireless printers At that time, I then contacted *** *** with Dell and indicated that according to the manual this can become wireless printers; which the part indicated was ordered and did not work
