I ordered an item from Dell on January 13th of and they charged me for it
I till didn't receive the order as of yet
I contacted Dell several times about this issue and they kept promising me to give them to business days to get the item

Inspiron series hinge failure defect- My laptop had the same issue after light use - the screw failure has caused the LCD case to separate on my unitThe screw had no locktite visible

I am seeing more of these cracked open laptops come to my shop and every single one of them were lacking locktite on the fasteners/screwsThe locktite is the blue paint looking material at the end of the screws The bottom of these screws should be completely blue if an adequate amount of locktite were appliedThese laptops have none at all or a small patch on one side of the screw
Every single screw is loose on these models because of it The hinges are absolutely fine it is the looseness of the screws causing a cascade chassis support failureIt begins by some screws coming loose resulting in more stress placed on adjacent tighter screws near the hingesThis higher than stress causes the chassis to crack at the hinges later causing complete hinge separatio

They issue me returned labelI returned the wrong item they ship me the same day as the delivery date So no day or two delayed when I returned the packagesI always return the package the same day when the package was delivered Now Dell is saying its a fraud issue
I can see if there was a delay returning the package but all of them was returned back the same day
Dell need not to call me for this its harassment I did nothing wrong it's Dell shipping crew
