I purchased Quantity (5) Dell Inspiron laptop computers for my family I was assured by the Dell sales representative that the computers would function fine with the factory installed Windows operating system The computers will not install the latest Windows update The internal hard drive space is too small The computers are still under the one year warranty They were purchased in November and December I've contacted Dell Support numerous times and they cannot help meThey informed me that the internal hard drive space is too small I've also contacted Dell Sales department and Dell Customer Support several times They offered no assistance and said there is nothing they can do I asked them if I could return them and they said, no I have been a loyal Dell Preferred Account Customer since 1997, and have promoted their products over the years They are also advertising this product to run on the Windows operating system I am stuck with

I bought a laptop on 06/01/from a Microsoft Corporate StoreAbout a week ago it stopped workingWhen I try to turn on it does not see the hard driveI took it to Microsoft store where I purchased the computer and I was told that hard drive needs to be replaced and that it is covered by the Dell yr warrantyWhen I contacted Dell They told me that this is covered with the warranty but I have to pay dollars for itIf I am paying for a defective items replacement or repair it shouldn'the be called a warranty, it is a serviceWarranty should be free especially being that it is the hard drive that has stopped working in less than one yearThe dell representative even advised me that if I were to take it to the closest Dell service center which is miles away it would be the same cost- $

Dell is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my lifetimeI ordered a brand new laptop month agoI received the laptop and noticed it was taking a long time to do simple tasksI called after weeks and they didn't have the service tag of the computer registered so it was like pulling teeth to get them to recognize meI have now spent 1/hours over calls for them to try and fix the computerHere we are one month later and still don't have a solutionI have been trying to get them to send me a replacement computer and now they are saying that we are outside of their return windowThe call center is an absolute jokeNone of these people are qualified to fix anythingAll they do is transfer you from one department to anotherWhen ever you ask a question they go quite and you hear typing so they can look up the answerI just had a call from Neubert from the Corporate Escalation TeamThis guy was incredibly rude and trying to deal in absolute statementsHe didn't seem to care at all the computer doesn't work and that I have already committed this much time in to try and get them to fix itDell does not care what so ever about their customers or their products that they are putting outI will never do business with them againThey are a horrible company

We returned items and requested a refund for the items over months ago and nothing has been resolved We have left numerous emails & phone calls with a number of people at Dell & still have not received our refund We have dealt with Dell in the past and was never more dissatisfied with their service We will not be dealing with Dell ever again but we would appreciate receiving our refund for those items returned We are a public school with limited resources and this has put a strain on completing our Technology Program Thank you for your assistance in this matter

I purchased a Dell monitor SE2716H with order# *** on 02/10/The monitor price reduced days after I purchasedI called customer care on 02/16/and rep agreed to credit back $50+ amount to my credit card accountService request has also been created for this request and it's pending for more than daysI have called multiple times almost every week (some time times based on date they provided) to get the latest status and they promised me every-time that money will be credited back within 24-hours, which never happened even after callsIt's so frustrating dealing business with DellI was a big fan of Dell customer service with my previous purchases but it's no longer the same
I hope they resolve this issue as soon as possible

An absolutely horrendous experienceAfter using the products from Dell in my family and business for years, they have finally managed to completely erase all that from my memoryThis experience is one I will NEVER forgive or forgetI WILL share this on every possible social network site I can find! Then the end result was always the same...back to starting from scratch becasue they did not actually send me to the next level, they sent me to the start every time! If they gave their CSR's the ability to run a problem through from start to finish and OWN the issue instead of handing it off, we would not be here nowSo, it's now 10/13, I have no order number (they keep asking me for one though!) I have no computer, I have charged on my MC and they have shut it down and my son needed this yesterdayGood bye Dell - YOU SUCK! Back in February I purchased a Alienwear computer at 2,105.87$ I had a hard drive problem they wiped the computer and started fresh which fixed the hard drive at that point the computer was only days oldI *** didn't use the computer much while over seas when I came home I started using it regularly againThe graphics card went bad I called Alienwear technical support they sent out a tech and a new graphics card ever since then it has been nothing but problems the fan went causing the computer to over heat messing up the mother board and the graphics card again they have put main components and minor components in it in less then weeks so they said they would replace it now they are not standing by their word I am still experiencing the same issues I started with weeks agoThe computer is only months old so it is still under warranty

I purchased a Dell printer for a good price and when I started encountering multiple issues I tried to use my warranty but Dell refused to honor the original warranty until I bought their brand tonerOnce I ordered Dell brand toner using my printer model they tell me of the toners aren't correct for my model so I re-order of the toners my unit requiresAfter receiving the replacements they now tell me the original two they said were correct are now also wrong and they refuse to honor my warranty againThey are saying I ordered the correct toner for my model but the serial numbers are not correct inside the box so whoever packaged the toners must have done something wrong and they again can't do anything until I get those returned and re-orderedI waned a replacement originally but after they refused I asked to return the printer so I could get a different brand altogether and they refused that option as well

I returned several items I ordered on October 29,
It's been months and I'm still receiving bills for the returned items
I contacted Dell financial numerous times and spoke to various reps/supervisors, only to be told that they will process the credit and send me a refund It's been over a month and I've yet to receive a refund
Everytime I call Dell I get the run around The rep either tells me there's a computer glitch, the refund is handled by a different department, or someone from the refund team will call me back NO ONE has called me back
I've called multiple times, and each time I've spent to minutes to resolve the situation, but to this date there has been no resolution whatsoever Even the supervisor tells me he can't help me and tells me to call the product return department even though I've already returned the product!

Two Deparments ' disagreement without communication to each other cause Customer to be their Victims
I contacted both Department about times since February 2016, with so many thing , case#***-***,they never be able to talk to each other (Dell Sale, Customer Care to Dell Finance)
It is a strange CompanyCompletely broken communication among those Deparments
This is the second compaint about themFirst one, they dishonor Dell Sale Promotion
And now, They did not honor their own solution

I am outraged that there is no American I can talk to about an issue with my PrinterYour India and Philippines call centers are rude and only feel that they can assist by dialing into your computer because you know absolutely nothingAlso when I bought my printer, I was told that the item was in stock and delivery was to be on a dateThe printer was not in stock and it would be about weeks laterI never got an email about this and when I called about it, they said "well you can cancel if you want" What kind of operation says well just cancel the orderI was also sold a printer warranty and was told it covered everything but when I called about an issue I was told I needed the premier not the basicI was told it was the best warranty not the basicVery bad outsourced customer service!!!!!! This is the reason why I have not purchased from DellI thought I would give them a try, but after this customer service issue I don't know what I will do in the future

I purchased a Dell laptop and then the McAfee antivirus software company charged my card used to purchase the computer with a charge of $for their product When asked how they received my information they noted that when registering my laptop they receive my billing information This is a very shady way of doing business Definitely will not be purchasing any Dell products again when they give out your personal information to other companies for random charges against your account I never used the McAfee and only use Norton So product wasn't even used on the laptop
