Dell.com offered rewards for purchases 11/24/I purchased a TV which offered $rewards Never received them Contacting them was ludicrous Instead of customer service all I got was poor speaking sales people from Bangledesh more concerned with selling something else My answer were oh it takes days, oh it takes days oh it takes days to post Meanwhile I needed to order a bluray player that too offered $reward and it was on sale but they didnt give me my previous rewards They offered a coupon, a coupon that I didnt get for days later AFTER the sale Never got to use coupon Again I called for my $reward from tv now they didnt reward me my $for bluray plus coupon expired Finally after months of calling I get a reward for $ $3.01?????? Where does this number even come from? ADVERTISEMENT!!!!!!!!!! bait and don't even switch Also Dell went from great customer service to I'd feel more comfortable at wa wa BTW c

I ordered the 250GB WD SSD hard drive on January 4th and had my order confirmed the following hour and had a ship date set for January 9thAs my order was confirmed I expected the order to come on the 9th and therefore would be able to give it as a birthday presentDell send me an email on January 7th stating that I cancelled the orderI then called Dell and they refused to honor an internet sale priceThey took the order, confirmed it and more than hours later sent me a cancellation notice claiming I cancelled the orderThey sent that email out on a Saturday with no one to contact to ask why my order was cancelledThey claimed it was a pricing error and wouldn't reissue the orderI was told on phone during the weekday that my order was cancelled because of pricing error and their is nothing they can doDell refused not only to honor the order but wouldn't give any form of compensation for the lose that I encountered during that periodNot only would they refuse to honor it

I recently received a Dell chrome book (service tag # ***) as a Christmas present and immediately had issues with screen distortion and system freezing as soon as I opened the device and began usingI contacted Dell and assumed the item was just defective and they stated I would just have to mail the device back to properly be servicedI received the item back, and shortly thereafter experienced the same ongoing issues I had before with the screen, freezing, and constantly having to power on/offI figured maybe it was just a coincidence, and sent the device back a second time to be serviced per their requestI received the item back about one week ago, and as soon as I opened to begin using I’ve experienced the same issues yet againAt this point I’m frustrated with the product, and Dell has provided no solution other than going through the motions of constantly having to send the product back to be “serviced” and “repaired” I’ve asked that Dell kindly issue me a refund o

I bought a computer with a year warranty and dell is refusing to honor it

I bought a Dell Alienware laptop last yearThe computer has never worked properly and I've spent countless hours on the phone trying to fix it myselfDell also sent a repair technician to my house multiple times, but the computer still didn't work properlyThey even sent a replacement laptop, and this one has never worked properlyNow, the laptop won't even turn on and they say the computer is out of warranty and they won't do anything to help meI spent about $on this laptop and it never worked the way it was supposed toI was never offered my money back and they kept giving me the run-around until the computer was out of warranty

My husband bought me a laptop last Christmas from DELL that I was excited about IT has NEVER worked He has called customer service many times over the year and they kept telling him things to do to see if it would work and it never wouldNEVER! I have never been able to get online, get emails, etc The computer turns on but is useless because it will not do anything I need it for I took it with me on vacation once to see if it would work in a different location and it still wouldn't work DELL should have record of multiple calls from him to try to resolve this He was told to just keep trying all their suggestions and if it never worked after trying all they suggested that we could return it but now are told we can't We have a computer that we spent over $on and have NEVER used it Not once could I use it It is a complete waste It has been almost a year of dealing with DELL to try to see if it can work and by now it is obvious it can't I have had this lapto

I ordered a computer in July, this particular computer was to have a DVD ROM driveWhen I got the computer I didn't think to check for this until about a week after I received it and was trying to install softwareI contacted the company and told them the issueThey advised me I was going to have to use an external DVD ROM driveI advised that I wasn't going to purchase one because my laptop should have come with this already installedThey said they would send me one at no costI waited a week and never received the driveI called back only to be told that they were sorry but they are unsure what happened but will send one next day out to meI waited and it never cameSO I called the company back and was advised there was an error on FexEx's part and they would resend it immediatelyIt is one two days later, I still have no drive and I am not very happy with this situation

Hello, I bought a brand new Dell XPS desktop computer on September 18, It didn’t work out of the boxThe computer was under warranty, of course, since it was brand newDell sent a technician to replace the motherboard, but the computer still didn't workThey sent a second technician to replace the power supply, processor, and moreThe computer once again will not workAt this point, I have invested four hours of my time -- time I had to take off work to accommodate their technicians -- to the problem
Instead of sending the computer to Dell for a lengthy analysis and repair, the customer service representative and I agreed on a replacement computerDell was to send me a new computer to replace the computer that would not work as soon as I unboxed itHere's the real catch: the computer has been "back logged," and I will not receive the replacement computer until November 5, That's almost seven weeks after I contacted Dell about the broken computer
Emails

I am writing in regards to my experience in trying to get a Dell product repaired
• Inspiron
• Service Tag ***
• Purchased directly from Dell on 7/31/
• Mother board failed on 5/15/16, replaced by Dell under warranty
• Mother board failed again on 10/15/
o Contacted Dell support for assistance since same (major) component has now failed twice since purchase less than months ago
o Support stated that the only option I have is to pay for repair as computer is out of warranty
o Support sent to escalation team for review and consideration of covering repair as a customer good will gesture
o Escalation Team member told me that only option is to pay fully for repair as no customer service option was available
I am asking for any consideration Dell could give to repair this computer under warranty as a customer service gesture which recognizes that the same component has failed multiple times in less than months of use

I placed an order (order number: ***) for a Dell monitor from Dell Outlet which sells refurbished monitorsI used two forms of payment when I made the order, one was a $American Express gift card and the other was my Visa credit card
After placing the order I received an automated email stating that there was an issue with making the paymentI contacted Dell as instructed in the automated email to resolve the issue, which was to remove the gift card as a payment option entirely and to only use my VisaI talked with a customer support agent (session id: ***) who then told me that he would update my payment information for me (payment information cannot be modified by a customer after making an order, it can only be done by a support agent from their credit card department which is who I contacted)
Two days later I received an email stating that my order was cancelled which was frustrating since I was told the matter had been resolve

I purchased a Dell Inpiron series laptop last November on a black friday saleEarly September the I noticed the hinge start to get loose and about a week later it fully came unattachedThis is a faulty part and it is covered under the dell warranty "This limited hardware warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in your Dell-branded hardware products, including Dell-branded peripheral products."
After searching the forums I understood that dell support agents were not honoring the warrantyAfter making complaint to the Revdex.com dell was finally accepting responsibility for thier error and repairing the defective laptopsI expected that dell would now honor their warranty without incidentI was wrong
I called dell support on 10/16/at 7:pm and spoke with agent *** (***) at which point I was told this is an accidently damage and not covered under the warrantyI explained to him that it was not accidently damaged, that the laptop was being used as in

Working with Dell and Dell Financial services is a messI purchased a computer online from Dell.com and signed up for Dell Financial Services so that I could pay monthly instead of all at onceThe purchase was then made through dell financial services and I received my computerAfter receiving the computer I think at one time I submitted a refund on accident (just looking at the policy and I accidentally clicked the button), but since I was going to keep the computer I didn't take any action (i.esending it back)Since I was leaving vacation (for two months) I wanted to set up automatic payment through DFS (Dell Financial Services)But they have this overly complex system where you have to have an account number to do this and they couldn't give me my account number over the phoneThey had to mail it inI also used an address I was not currently living at for the DFS account so when they did mail it in, I would not receive itDue to this bad system and given that I was going t

My husband bought me my 5th Dell laptop He held it for a few weeks before giving it to me Once I got it and realized it wasn't what I needed, we attempted to return itweeks past the 30-day deadline Despite my years of loyalty to this brand, and attempts to explain why I hadn't initiated the return sooner, they refused to be loyal to me as a customer and process the return I spoke to people at some call center in some other country who were clearly not empowered to do anything beyond strict policy adherence, and one person via email No clear way to speak to someone in authority who could look at my case and attempt to resolve with me as an individual rather than strictly repeating policy Their lack of flexibility was shocking and disappointing I will never buy another Dell again after this experience Would have likely been a customer for many more years - possibly a life long customer - but this level of poor customer service has completely changed my view of the company Not only am I unlikely to recommend Dell to others - I will actively tell others to never buy from them

I have exclusively had Dell computers in my household and have recommended them many times to friends, family, and colleagues but it is safe to say that will most definitely be changingI have had Dell office computers as well as Alienware laptops and I have been with Dell for a long timeWhen I spend around $1,on an Alienware laptop and pay hundreds extra for premium support and warranty I expect the service and warranty of Alienware to be exceptionalHowever, Dell refuses to replace a battery for my laptop even though the Dell application "SupportAssist" on my computer said it should be covered under my warranty planI am extremely disappointed with the tech support that Dell has provided meDo yourself a favor and avoid purchasing Dell computers and instead opt for a company with good computers and good customer service

Bought a laptop from Dell a few months ago and the charging port brokeDespite having a warranty and sending it in, Dell still charged me to fix itWhen I got the laptop back it was still broken and my hard drive had been tampered withI hate Dell

I have been a customer of dells for years or so and have bought Alienware laptops from them and have never had a problem until now
I didn't have time to play games on this laptop or I would have caught this problem much sooner but I have a lot in my life going on at the time so I didn't have time to play or test games on it right away I use it for work
First, I called technical support and I went through so much first with a rude agent names *** then I go through others with diagnostics, remote connection to see the problem in what is going on with my laptop, reinstallation of windows and drivers, transferred to the engineering department times about games that I play. Then after all this stress and aggravation I finally talk to the manager and then he says I will get a motherboard replacement so then after hanging up the phone, I get an email later that night stating that it is not in stock and will give me an eta which they never do
I go to work the next morning and ge

On 10/30/we purchased a Dell Inspiron Desktop Computer We took delivery at our home on 11/8/ On 12/12/it stopped working No power, cannot turn on, nothing I contacted Dell on 12/13/and spoke to a man named *** only to be told there was nothing they could do They would not replace the computer because it was days over their replacement warranty After being rudely treated and being placed on hold numerous times, the first service request number is: *** On 12/14/*** again emailed me to tell me they were still working on it I kept insisting on a replacement computer be sent, as I was only days over the warranty Then I heard from *** *** he informed me they were working on it I again called and this time spent 1/hours on the phone with them trying to get this resolved They are very rude and do not care that my computer that I paid good money for is not even getting power Finally on 12/15/they put in a service

On 12/30, I ordered a computer and two pieces of digital software Corel Paint Pro and Microsoft Office I had to cancel the entire order and was promptly refunded the amount for the computer, but am still waiting after weeks of runaround excuses to receive the refunds for the unused digital software I even wrote *** *** *** an email detailing the ridiculous amount of back and forth phone calls and emails about the empty promises concerning these refunds

I bought a brand new desktop computer and after open the box, computer did not turn on going to windows I called dell and they kept me for hours until AM in the morning and could not fix the computer on the phone They decided to do an exchange but they did not even contacted me for days, when I contacted the times they started telling me that replacing the computer takes days and I asked for return and they indicated it takes up to one month to get my money back Its a disaster, what kind of junk they are sellig that does not work and to replace it they want days wait Very disappointed, still did not received my computer Bought it on June today is June 27th and still I do not know if they send it to me or not
