I have received the laptop, but my gift card paid twice, and no refund

Dell Order *** and *** were invoiced 1/25/and each order qualifies for $Promo Gift CardDell website states Gift Cards are sent via email within 10-days from invoice dateTheircustomer service team has confirmed that I am to get the $gift Card (multiple emails, print screens, and chat transcripts to confirm)Today 2/15/(days later) Dell still has yet to send of the $gift cards and refuses to provide ANY informationThey now claim they need to wait 4-weeks to process (i have dell website that shows its 10-days not 4-weeks for the gift card)
This is my 2nd complaint to Revdex.com about Dell for the same type of issueThere were over other cases of the same issue that after numerous calls and emails were resolved, but this is a pattern that Dell is looking to deceive its customers and withhold money owedThey do not provide any reason to delay paymentThis is a classic example of CHECK KITING which is a FEDERAL CRIME

I bought a laptop from Dell this June I also purchased next day support I had a processor fan stop working I contacted Dell and they confirmed the issue They Initially told me they could not provide next day support as contractually obligated to, but told me I they would dispatch a technician Monday On their web site, it says a person will be dispatched by friday 3pm, but it is now monday and I have not heard from anyone I contacted the company and was told that the part was on back order and they do not know when it will be fixed I emailed him right back and got an out of office message I paid for next day service and am now being told they don't know when they will fix my machine I am a small business reliant on my computer with a tax deadline monday It is why I pay for next day support I also have been threatedned several times by different people that, if I complain too much or file a complaint, they will cancel my service
