I ordered a Dell laptop directly through their website on April 18th, Upon receipt the laptop was having many issues so I called their technical support for assistance The technical support department dragged out the process of trying to resolve issues with the computer Each day they would try something different but nothing ever worked They always asked if they could call back the next day to try additional measures and I agreed until the 30th day (last day the item could be returned) which was May 18th, I logged onto the website and used the 'Return' option through their 'Recent Orders' page I successfully submitted for a return; the return page said that a representative would be contacting me shortly I received a call (voicemail I have saved) finally on May 27th; I was unable to take the call at the time I had tried calling back numerous times without success until this evening, June 9th, I was transferred back and forth between several representat

I sent a request for combining my gift cards on Black Friday which request number is ***At that time, the custom service said it need about 5-business dayHowever until today I didn't get any useful info about my request going onEvery time I sent a email to ask for updatesYour agent just sent back a same email which is nonsenseThese gift cards are issue by you and I just ask for combine themWhy it took such a long time to do it? Or you just want to sale those cards and hope customer couldn't use it or very hard to use it?

I have been waiting months for a response after months of negotiating with the Dell rep that my case has been escalated to in order to get my laptop repairedWhen I first purchased the laptop and took it out of the box, the laptop required a motherboard replacement before I could even use itAs an IT Manager who purchases hundreds of laptops every quarter, this is a very rare occurrenceRegardless, I contacted Dell since I have years warranty and they replaced the motherboard during business hours on a weekday so I had to take the day off without payThe laptop was put back together however I could tell that it wasn't done properly because it didn't look the same as before and the trackpad and keyboard were slanted or popping out needing to be pushed back inWhen I finally opened a 2nd call to have it replaced, I was told a technician was coming and received a call from the tech, however no one showed upI took a day off again without pay to have a tech not show upWhen I call

I ordered laptop computers from them on November 27th, I received on them around November 30th via FedExI never got the other they said they were delivered and gave me the date and time, They were shipped to Subway where I am the general manger at said they were signed for and gave the name I don't have an employee that works at any of my locations with that nameI checked CCTV for the date and time they said it was delivered and saved the video and there was no UPS delivery that dayDell shipped me a replacement order laterTime I got these units my ex had all ready bought the kids laptops so I decided to return of them and use myselfEveryone I spoke with said I will get a refund rep even emailed me saying the refund was being processedA month latter I still don't have a refund yet I'm paying interested on the finance charges and only have laptopThis is my final way to resolve this before I'm forced to file legal action

I bought Dell Laptop Inspiron 5548, and only using as a secondary laptop for occasional home browsingBut suddenly noticed a sound while opening the lid and identified that it was not closing all the way also found the right corner edge is popped open
When I checked online, there are many such EXACT issue reported for many consumers and based on that its clear that its a product design defect

I am here by requesting DELL to address this issue and either replace or repair the laptop, otherwise I have to proceed with further action which should cover all the damages caused to me and my business
Please let me know as soon as possible to address this issueI do not have warranty but its not anything that falls under warranty and am not ready to take care the cost to repair which is due to a design issue by DELL

Again, they lied and said I couldn't return this originally then didn't tell me it would take another weeks for a replacement unit that still doesn't function
