We purchased exact same laptops with extended warranty on November 5, We have had problems with only on of the laptops almost from the very beginning Dell has made attempt after attempt to fix the issues without success (only putting on band-aids that haven't stuck) We have asked for a replacement many times At first they told us they can't give us a replacement until they have exhausted all options Each time we continued to ask and get put off It has been very frustrating and we have tried to be patient but it has been long years of continuous problems We have done everything Dell has askedNow our patience has worn out and we ask again for a replacement and we are told "it can't happen Not with a computer this old." went on web site to up and order a new wireless router I was sold a router that was years old called in customer care witch hours and finely got a return label to return this year old router and was told they would send me out a new replacement made in next day shipping well that did not happen I had to call back and go through all the explanation again and a hour call to get the rep to tell me the order was still in processing so he did what ever and got it shipped the next day only to get the 2nd router the is again years old ? so then I got back on the phone more hour only to be made out like I don't know what I am talking about and for the rep to try and sell me a much more expensive router not even trying to resolve my issue

Ordered a Nighthawk Xfor $I have not received it yet Amazon has the exact item sold by Amazon for $ After using the ridiculous chat option for minutes they then transfer my chat to another Chat-Price match specialist! I ordered laptop from dell on Nov 26, and it was delivered to a WRONG address Dec 3, by FEDEX I had multiple communications with DELL and also file a complaint with local police However since this is a mis-delivery, the police did not issue an official report, but gave me case numberDell did not look into this issue even after they retrieved the proof of delivery from FEDEX, which shows the incorrect address where package was delivered I finally disputed with my CC company But after one and half year , DELL is still trying to collect money from me

I've purchased a Dell XPS and I've had problems with the video flickering It happens about every 5-minutes for about seconds

Just purchased my last Dell after using them for 15+ years in my business They do not offer any customer service Wait times on the phone are atrocious, tech support are mostly incompetent, and the customer care personnel lack the empowerment to solve customer issues They seem to read from a script I have to invest about hours of my time just to get a new computer up and running They should have replaced the computer versus sending a repair rep to my office
Never again, they do not seem to care about losing a lifetime customer
