I received a Alienware Laptop that was not in an acceptable conditionThere were scratches on the inside next to the keyboardI highly believe I was sold a refurbished computer as new, but it was not a brand new computerI keep the computer as the scratches were not too noticeableI also saw that the LED light has a factory defect and is not consistent with the lighting on the othersAlso there was bad black light screen bleedI let all of this pass, and eventually I ran into performance issues like frame drops and stuttering, so I attempted to correct the issue myself with an upgraded thermal paste and repadA customer should not have to repad and paste a brand new computerWell my temps were reduced after this repaste and repad, it was still stutteringI then called and informed them of what was happening, but they declined to send me a new computerRequesting a new laptop be sent in was now out of the question, as the one month window has expiredThis was just the start

So I have never been so upset with a company in my lifeI ordered a TV from Dell INC for the first time in the middle of the year of and when it arrived it was crackedSo I returned it and requested for a new oneThey said they were out of stockI understood and they refunded my moneyI had a gift card for Dell that I had so I decided to order another TV on November 3rd of My order got delayed a month and I was irritated but I understood since it was Holiday seasonI checked online and it said it was out of stock and they kept delaying the product all the way until January 5th of which I got upset and decided to cancel itSince I purchased this order with a gift card they said that I could not receive the gift card until I canceled the order so I went on and canceled my orderThen the customer representative comes back and tells me I will not get the $refund for my gift card because I canceled my orderI have all the ID numbers for all the representatives and all I want is my gift card back

I bought a new computerStill under warrantyI already had a disk driver corruption issue and now I'm having a wireless card issue
the only option that technical support gave me is a solution involving shipping the computer to themWith no other option provided I was forced to accepted it on October 10, Technical support promised a days turn around to fix it and a 24-hr to receive the empty box to ship the unit
Since then nothing happen and I didn't receive anythingI kept Calling but they didn't offer nothing but " wait more"
