I spent several hours of time talking with multiple representatives trying to get someone to help me with what I actually needed instead of constantly trying to upsell meEventually we arrived at the computers I needed to purchase for my businessI was sent a quote in writing on official Dell letterhead outlining the sale of these computersI called to make the purchase and they would not honor the quote they had just sent meQuote form explicitly stated it was valid for days (until 8/13/16) yet they would not honor less than hours laterTalked to multiple managers with no resolutionThey were very rude and unprofessional

I have purchased Dell computers in less than months and all three have defective wifi cardsI discovered the problem with the first computer after the warranty period endedThe second computer was repaired under warranty flawlesslyThe third computer was damaged in transit to the repair facility to have the wifi issue resolved while still under warranty

The website clearly states that I would get a "Dell Gift Card"No where on this site they mention a "Promotional Gift Card"When Dell received and processed the trade-in, they sent me a Promotional Gift Card for $with a 3-month expiration date! I live in the state of ** and it's not even legal to have expiration on gift cards here
I called Dell Gift Card number ###-###-#### to sort this outThey put me on a hold for over mins and basically told me that they won't honor the requestI also sent them an email, but that didn't help either
